He put a little to much spin on the ball and sent it just wide of the right post. Isaias Gurutz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Fritz Berghmans in the 27th minute of play. Fritz Berghmans might have been able to make a better finish in the 29th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Isaias Gurutz. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Fritz Berghmans ran back to his position shaking his head. An unexpectedly hard shot by Fritz Berghmans in the 29th minute of play forced Atlético Montserrat's goalkeeper Isaias Gurutz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in Atlético Montserrat's zone, Fritz Berghmans stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Isaias Gurutz came out of the goal and Fritz Berghmans tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Atlético Montserrat's Isaias Gurutz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Fritz Berghmans in the 35th minute of play. If Fritz Berghmans had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Isaias Gurutz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Fritz Berghmans, who was totally free with the ball in the 37th minute. Fritz Berghmans sent away a hard shot on goal in the 38th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. After 39 played minutes Atlético Montserrat got a freekick which was hit by Ciriaco Innocenzio. After 45 played minutes BEST FABIO F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Fritz Berghmans. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 2-0.

Edu Linares hit a great freekick 81 minutes into the match. Isaias Gurutz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Gino de Brito, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Stor Klack ran back to his position shaking his head.
