Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) USA's Cassius Byrne started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. After 5 minutes, Monty Rogers made it 0-1 with a short kick to the right side. Paso FC's Mira Pene tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 13th minute Tomas Lucero shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marco Day saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Mira Pene took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Jenson Smith, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mira Pene showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jenson Smith in the 14th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Monty Rogers in the 15th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Mira Pene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Marco Day took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Lucero, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Tomas Lucero struck a weak shot in the 31st minute. Marco Day didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paso FC. Monty Rogers received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 34th minute. Mira Pene tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 38 minutes of play, USA's Cassius Byrne made it 0-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mira Pene was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 41st minute, Cassius Byrne left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The USA fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-3. After 43 played minutes Paso FC got a freekick which was hit by Silvio Sotelo. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-3 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Oktay Eğriöz stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The crowd rose to their feet as Monty Rogers kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Mira Pene. That made the score 0-4 in the 59 minute of play. Paso FC made a substitution. Denis Rivas replaced Oktay Eğriöz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Denis Rivas in the 65th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Marco Day prevented the ball from getting in the gole. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cassius Byrne in the 66th minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Mira Pene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When the match clock showed 67 minutes, the score became 0-5 when Monty Rogers sped through Paso FC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Mira Pene. USA's Sam Campbell was substituted for Cassius Byrne. USA's Marco Day played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Denis Rivas in the 76th minute of play. With an all-out effort, USA's Mira Pene threw himself towards the right post 77 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Monty Rogers, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Monty Rogers struck a weak shot in the 81st minute. Mira Pene didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for USA. USA made a substitution. Khalid Parry replaced Monty Rogers. Denis Rivas recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 85th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Khalid Parry in the 92nd minute of play forced Paso FC's goalkeeper Mira Pene to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball.
