Xove Tijerina showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adolfo Abeita in the 11th minute of the match. When the match clock showed 13 minutes, the score became 1-0 when Cai Wei Xi sped through Fortinducto's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benjamin Gartxot. With an all-out effort, Tala Bosques del Jaure's Benjamin Gartxot threw himself towards the right post 16 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Cai Wei Xi, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. An unexpectedly hard shot by Qiu Bin Zhen in the 19th minute of play forced Tala Bosques del Jaure's goalkeeper Xove Tijerina to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Cai Wei Xi might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Gartxot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cai Wei Xi ran back to his position shaking his head. Cai Wei Xi received a nice pass, split the defenders, and ran untouched towards the goal. Benjamin Gartxot came out and tried to block the shot, but Cai Wei Xi slotted it home off the left post making it 2-0 in the 23rd minute. In the 28th minute, Cai Wei Xi left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Tala Bosques del Jaure fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. The tension between the Tala Bosques del Jaure and the Fortinducto players grew even worse after the yellow card. After a rather tough play, Tala Bosques del Jaure's 庄昂坚 got a free kick in the 45th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 47th minute, Gervasio Playo managed to get in a good position for a shot. Fortinducto's supporters rose to their feet, but Gervasio Playo was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Xove Tijerina breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. The away team players looked dejected as the walked off the pitch at half time. They had fought hard, but were still losing 3-1.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Cai Wei Xi stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 53rd minute Emrullah Erengüç shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Xove Tijerina saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. After 53 played minutes Tala Bosques del Jaure got a freekick which was hit by Napoleon Lewicki. Benjamin Gartxot was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Cai Wei Xi took the ball and in the 68 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benjamin Gartxot. Benjamin Gartxot dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Benjamin Gartxot didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edinson Rodríguez went, in the 73rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-1 was the resulting score. After some careless play in the Fortinducto defense, Edinson Rodríguez kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benjamin Gartxot. The Fortinducto fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benjamin Gartxot should have stopped the shot. Edinson Rodríguez might have been able to make a better finish in the 79th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Benjamin Gartxot. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Edinson Rodríguez ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 86th minute, Armando Carcedo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Luisito Caradaro's late challenge caught a Tala Bosques del Jaure's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card.
