A very good chance. 14 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Dagoberto Loureiro narrowly saved just below the crossbar. A collision led to Cöpacabana FC getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Diguinho Martins hit a great ball. Cöpacabana FC were awarded a corner in the 28th minute after Chile's defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Talha İstanbul took the corner. In the 33rd minute, Francisco Carballar hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 36 minutes Cöpacabana FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 43 minutes play. Gerardo Pozo hit a great ball. Vito Leite took the ball and in the 44 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Thiago Pliego. Thiago Pliego dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

56 minutes into the match, Chile's goal looked a bit too open when Dobromir Brudnicki came free, but Thiago Pliego reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Alan Tamayo kicked well hit freekick during the 57th minute of the match. Chile's attacker deliberately struck the ball against an opponent to win a corner for his team. The corner was taken by Mariano Lacasa in the 61st minute. After taking down the ball on Chile's corner Mariano Lacasa fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Dagoberto Loureiro quite easily take care of the ball. Mariano Lacasa took the ball and in the 66 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Dagoberto Loureiro. Dagoberto Loureiro dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 2-1. Cöpacabana FC's Harald Boman was substituted for Beto Braga. In the 71st minute Dobromir Brudnicki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Thiago Pliego saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Cöpacabana FC's Dagoberto Loureiro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mariano Lacasa in the 86th minute of play. Dagoberto Loureiro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 89th minute of play. When Talha İstanbul came up free with the goalie in the 92nd minute, the Cöpacabana FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Talha İstanbul couldn't finish the play. Tales Loureiro hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match.
