In the 22nd minute the ball was on its way in behind Chile's goalkeeper Thiago Pliego, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Alexander Hegg showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Mariano Lacasa in the 27th minute of the match. A collision led to Chile getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Gerardo Pozo hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Fabiofs's Ronaldinho Molski got a free kick in the 33rd minute. In the 34th minute, Mariano Lacasa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 37th minute the ball was on its way in behind Fabiofs's goalkeeper Alexander Hegg, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Fabiofs's Alexander Hegg played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Orlando Casaus in the 41st minute of play.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Mariano Lacasa was the one to do the kick off. After a defensive mix-up in Chile's zone, Cauan Batista stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Thiago Pliego came out of the goal and Cauan Batista tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Thiago Pliego took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Cauan Batista, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Thiago Pliego showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Daniel Regis, who was totally free with the ball in the 59th minute. After having played for 61 minutes, Ricardinho Rezende managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fabiofs's supporters crossed their fingers, but Ricardinho Rezende was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Mariano Lacasa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 63rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. With a little luck, Fabiofs's Alexander Hegg got control of the ball when Mariano Lacasa tried to sneak it across the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Mariano Lacasa got free with Alexander Hegg in the 67th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 68 minutes Fabiofs's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Mariano Lacasa who took care of the corner kick. When Orlando Casaus fell near the penalty area in the 73rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Chile's protests and gave Orlando Casaus a yellow card for diving instead. Fabiofs's Marcinho Lopez was substituted for Nicasio Perez. In the 74th minute, Orlando Casaus hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A well-hit corner resulted in Joãozinho Trints heading the ball towards the goal, but to his dismay he misdirected it and missed the goal completely. 90 minutes into the match, Chile's Mariano Lacasa sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Alexander Hegg narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Guillermo Fontirroig's late challenge caught a Fabiofs's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Guillermo Fontirroig helped the player get up and apologised. Guillermo Fontirroig hit a great freekick 95 minutes into the match. The Fabiofs supporters were disappointed that their team didn't take anything from the match, despite matching Chile's performance. The match ended with a win for Chile.
