After a rather tough play, IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s Cléber Melo got a free kick in the 4th minute. Daniel Zorita took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 5th minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Diego Petrini. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 7th minute of play forced IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s goalkeeper Diego Petrini to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The supporters of Ecuador booed when IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Cléber Melo didn't get a good kick on the ball. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s Diego Petrini played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Daniel Zorita in the 14th minute of play. The audience was convinced that Daniel Zorita's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Diego Petrini was relentless in the 17th minute of the game. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Daniel Zorita in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Diego Petrini saved IsioSamuel Jrs F.C. from getting behind. Luis Andino scored 0-2 in the 35th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Diego Petrini, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. With a little luck, Ecuador's Julio Vera got control of the ball when José Breckenfeld tried to sneak it across the goal line. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Jean Fernandez was the one to do the kick off. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. IsioSamuel Jrs F.C.'s Tony Seco was substituted for Pedrinho do Valle. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jean Fernandez in the 69th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ecuador's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Cléber Melo ran over to the corner to take the kick. Cristian Sancho received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 88th minute. Diego Petrini tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After 92 played minutes Ecuador got a freekick which was hit by Luis Andino. Ecuador's fans were overjoyed with their teams well-earned victory and stayed in the stadium long after the final whistle to celebrate the win.
