Tupac Shakur's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Tupac Shakur helped the player get up and apologised. In the 16th match minute, ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006 was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Tupac Shakur to maneuver through the defense. 20 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Song Sheng Feng. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 22nd minute of the match, managed to save Venezuela from getting a goal against them. Song Sheng Feng sent away a hard shot on goal in the 25th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Song Sheng Feng could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 25th minute of the match, but Jonathan Ferrant made a huge save. ￜDCￜ™KKS LECH 2006's Rogelio Frasco quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Guillermo Mariano, made in the 31st minute of the game. In the 37th minute, Song Sheng Feng reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Jonathan Ferrant. The goal made the score 4-0. Song Sheng Feng blasted a shot towards the goal in the 40th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Song Sheng Feng, who was totally free with the ball in the 41st minute. Song Sheng Feng blasted a shot towards the goal in the 43rd minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jonathan Ferrant having to make a save. In the 44th minute, Jose Correa hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Tomas Illescas to make the kick off. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Song Sheng Feng in the 79th minute of play. Jonathan Ferrant was left in no man's land by his defense there! The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Rigoberto Mina during the 89th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. An unexpectedly hard shot by Song Sheng Feng in the 91st minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. If Maximus Speed had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 97th minute.
