Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Honduras's Edmundo Espiga started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Edmundo Espiga recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 3rd minute. Cezar Nișu might have been able to make a better finish in the 10th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Lautaro Navarro. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Cezar Nișu ran back to his position shaking his head. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezar Nișu got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 10th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 12th minute Sebastian Villa shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Manuel Espagnet saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lyon Olympique 69's Cezar Nișu got a good chance for a goal in the 14th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Cezar Nișu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 16th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Nișu in the 16th minute of play. Lautaro Navarro made a fantastic save in the 19th minute, when Cezar Nișu sent off a good shot on target. Cezar Nișu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 30th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Lautaro Navarro having to make a save. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Nișu in the 31st minute of play. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cezar Nișu got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 32nd minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. An unexpectedly hard shot by Edmundo Espiga in the 36th minute of play forced Lyon Olympique 69's goalkeeper Manuel Espagnet to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Nișu, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Cezar Nișu made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Yuma Roekito in the 51st minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 56th minute, Cezar Nișu got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 58th minute Cezar Nișu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lautaro Navarro stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Cezar Nișu's shot from short distance in the 71st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cezar Nișu in the 73rd minute of play forced Honduras's goalkeeper Lautaro Navarro to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 78 minutes into the match, Honduras's Edmundo Espiga sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Manuel Espagnet narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Honduras's Christian Sancho quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Alexander Driel, made in the 86th minute of the game. When the match clock showed 90 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Cezar Nișu sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. In the 93rd minute, Yuma Roekito got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal.
