If Cezar Nișu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 5th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Jacobo Nores made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Cezar Nișu in the 10th minute of play. If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 16th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Manuel Espagnet took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Hector Covarrubias, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Nișu, who was totally free with the ball in the 17th minute. After a rather tough play, Paraguay's Iker Tafalla got a free kick in the 21st minute. After a defensive mix-up in Paraguay's zone, Paul-Henri Valere stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal and Paul-Henri Valere tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Paraguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 25th minute, when Cezar Nișu scored to the left of an out of position Jacobo Nores, making the score, 2-0. 31 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cezar Nișu. If Cezar Nișu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. In the 37th minute, Lyon Olympique 69's Cezar Nișu ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-0. 39 minutes into the game, Yuma Roekito recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores. Yuma Roekito showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 5-0. Jacobo Nores didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Cezar Nișu went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Cezar Nișu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 47th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Nișu, who was totally free with the ball in the 47th minute. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 6-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Jaime Pardo to make the kick off. After some careless play in the Paraguay defense, Cezar Nișu kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Jacobo Nores. The Paraguay fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Jacobo Nores should have stopped the shot. In the 59th minute, Emanuel Murărașu hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Jaime Pardo hit a great freekick 60 minutes into the match. If Cezar Nișu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 62nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Juan Diego Tenorio charged in rather forcefully in the 65th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Juan Diego Tenorio the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 65 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Juan Diego Tenorio. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 68th minute to try and stop a shot by Lyon Olympique 69's Cezar Nișu. But to his dismay, Cezar Nișu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 8-0. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cezar Nișu, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 72nd minute to try and stop a shot by Lyon Olympique 69's Cezar Nișu. But to his dismay, Cezar Nișu quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 9-0. Cezar Nișu sent away a hard shot on goal in the 76th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cezar Nișu in the 76th minute of the match. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cezar Nișu in the 79th minute of play. When Cezar Nișu came up free with the goalie in the 82nd minute, the Lyon Olympique 69 fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Cezar Nișu couldn't finish the play. Cezar Nișu blasted a shot towards the goal in the 84th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Jacobo Nores having to make a save. 85 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Cezar Nișu came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 95th minute Cezar Nișu shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Jacobo Nores saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Lyon Olympique 69's supporters were highly satisfied with the result. They cheered their team of the pitch, having watched them win a very even match.
