The audience thought a goal was coming when Kadri Aksoy got free with Dante Lacasa in the 29th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 35th minute, Uno Deckberg fired away a killer shot towards the goal that, to the delight of Dante Lacasa, passed just outside the right post. In the 40th minute Alberto Tafalla shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Münir Usbay saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Münir Usbay stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Alberto Tafalla's shot from short distance in the 40th minute. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 42nd minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. Münir Usbay showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Alberto Tafalla in the 47th minute of the match. After a very even first half the match was still tied. The players went to their respective dressing rooms to discuss the tactics for the second half.

With a little luck, ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ's Münir Usbay got control of the ball when Alberto Tafalla tried to sneak it across the goal line. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Nathan Murray couldn't finish the play. Dante Lacasa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ciriaco Dimas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 84 minutes into the match, ƒı®TıNA ƒ.© ٦ط۱۹ ﺦ's goal looked a bit too open when Luca Zorita came free, but Münir Usbay reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 87th minute Uno Deckberg shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 88 minutes into the match, Mexico's goal looked a bit too open when Uno Deckberg came free, but Dante Lacasa reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
