Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Tomás Quadros started the match with the kick off. A throw-in in the 3rd minute of the game was made by Ivan Navarro with Sebastian Villa as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomás Quadros in the 8th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Lautaro Navarro prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Lautaro Navarro was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Henrik Tidén showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 1-0 in the 9 minute of play. Honduras's Lautaro Navarro played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomás Quadros in the 13th minute of play. In the 17th match minute, Honduras was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Moises Tafalla to maneuver through the defense. MLM made a substitution. Sinforiano Dobale replaced Patxi Climent. After a rather tough play, Honduras's Moises Tafalla got a free kick in the 18th minute. Moises Tafalla might have been able to make a better finish in the 20th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bob Cazeneuve. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Moises Tafalla ran back to his position shaking his head. Sebastian Villa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 22nd minute. Bob Cazeneuve tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 25th minute, Sebastian Villa got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Lautaro Navarro came out of the goal in the 29th minute to try and stop a shot by MLM's Henrik Tidén. But to his dismay, Henrik Tidén quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-0. In the 32nd minute, Henrik Tidén ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Lautaro Navarro was frozen by the shot and now it was 3-0. MLM's Anartz Tobia was substituted for Quirce Torrent. After 45 played minutes MLM got a freekick which was hit by Tomás Quadros. A collision led to Honduras getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Christian Sancho hit a great ball. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

MLM's Candido Valerón was substituted for Bertol Elias. When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Edmundo Espiga made a kick off. Honduras's Moises Tafalla managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Cristos Huarte in the 54 minute of the game. Bob Cazeneuve took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Edmundo Espiga, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After 55 minutes of play, MLM's Tomás Quadros made it 5-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Lautaro Navarro was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 59th minute Edmundo Espiga shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bob Cazeneuve saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Henrik Tidén struck a weak shot in the 65th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for MLM. Sebastian Villa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 66th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bob Cazeneuve having to interfere. In the 70th minute, Anartz Tobia hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomás Quadros in the 73rd minute of play. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Candido Valerón in the 75th minute of the match. After 76 minutes Honduras's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Henrik Tidén who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Henrik Tidén almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Honduras's Lautaro Navarro did a great save. Lautaro Navarro showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Henrik Tidén, who was totally free with the ball in the 79th minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomás Quadros in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Lautaro Navarro saved Honduras from getting behind. Emanuel Ocampo kicked well hit freekick during the 83rd minute of the match. Henrik Tidén kicked well hit freekick during the 84th minute of the match. In the 86th minute the ball was on its way in behind MLM's goalkeeper Bob Cazeneuve, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After 94 played minutes MLM got a freekick which was hit by Cristos Huarte. When Sebastian Villa fell near the penalty area in the 98th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Sebastian Villa a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of MLM booed when Honduras was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 98 match minutes in a wonderful position. Sebastian Villa didn't get a good kick on the ball.
