Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The mood of the audience was pleasant when Axel Tasis made the kick off which started today's match. Bolo Miner kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Minerul Baita -MM- was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 10 match minutes in a wonderful position. Xalo Camara didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 14th minute Cédric Payen shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 16 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig got a free kick in the 20th minute. When Qiu Wei Ting came up free with the goalie in the 21st minute, the Minerul Baita -MM- fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Qiu Wei Ting couldn't finish the play. In the 24th minute of the match, Qiu Wei Ting got a very nice opportunity to score, but Benito Sanz was well-placed and pushed the ball away from the goal at the left post. 24 minutes into the game, Cédric Payen lined in a short shot 1-0 behind a frustrated Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ionică Şendrea, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lautaro Puig scored 1-1 in the 34th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Iordache Hirean, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. In the 39th minute Lautaro Puig shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Iordache Hirean saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 40th minute, Qiu Wei Ting sent off a long shot on goal, but the shot was nowhere near the goal and Costa Rica's Benito Sanz didn't even have to move. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 43rd minute of the match. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 44th minute to try and stop a shot by Minerul Baita -MM-'s Ionică Şendrea. But to his dismay, Ionică Şendrea quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 2-1. The crowd rose to their feet as Ionică Şendrea kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-1 in the 47 minute of play.

53 minutes into the game, Minerul Baita -MM-'s Cédric Payen nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 4-1. Ionică Şendrea sent away a hard shot on goal in the 60th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. An unexpectedly hard shot by Cédric Payen in the 62nd minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. When Xalo Camara came up free with the goalie in the 63rd minute, the Minerul Baita -MM- fans jumped to their feet. After some fancy dribbling in the 78th minute, Ionică Şendrea managed to get in a good position for a shot. Minerul Baita -MM-'s supporters rose to their feet, but Ionică Şendrea was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Benito Sanz breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Aaron Alcocer kicked well hit freekick during the 86th minute of the match. Minerul Baita -MM- made a substitution. Pavel Niță replaced Cédric Payen. In the 87th minute, Aaron Alcocer hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Minerul Baita -MM-'s Felix Ferenț got a good chance for a goal in the 90th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After some fancy dribbling in the 93rd minute, Eliseo Noboa managed to get in a good position for a shot. Costa Rica's supporters rose to their feet, but Eliseo Noboa was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Iordache Hirean breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Minerul Baita -MM- had played much better football throughout.
