In the 3rd minute, Adam Obert hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregorio Montez in the 6th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Štefan Semeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 10thth minute of the game Salvador Quezada who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but AFK Petržalka's Štefan Semeno was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 12 minutes into the match, AFK Petržalka's goal looked a bit too open when Radomil Golembiewski came free, but Štefan Semeno reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Štefan Semeno showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Salvador Quezada in the 14th minute of the match. In the 15th match minute, Russówek was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Kajetan Nalaskowski to maneuver through the defense. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Montez in the 17th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Štefan Semeno saved AFK Petržalka from getting behind. In the 19th minute, Gregorio Montez ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Štefan Semeno was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. With a little luck, Russówek's Daniel Kieca got control of the ball when Tomáš Požgaj tried to sneak it across the goal line. 23 minutes into the match, Russówek's goal looked a bit too open when Žigmund Csontos came free, but Daniel Kieca reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 24th minute Tomáš Požgaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Kieca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The audience thought a goal was coming when Žigmund Csontos got free with Daniel Kieca in the 26th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gregorio Montez in the 27th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Štefan Semeno saved AFK Petržalka from getting behind. When the match had gone on for 28 minutes, Gregorio Montez put it in 0-2 from a short distance just to the right of Štefan Semeno. Russówek's Daniel Kieca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Požgaj in the 32nd minute of play. 34 minutes into the game, Russówek's Gregorio Montez nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Štefan Semeno made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. In the 39th minute, one of AFK Petržalka:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for AFK Petržalka. AFK Petržalka:s Štefan Semeno showed great skill when he stopped Gregorio Montez:s penalty. In the 41st minute Tomáš Požgaj shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Daniel Kieca saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Russówek's defense didn't have a chance, in the 42nd minute, when Tomáš Požgaj scored to the left of an out of position Daniel Kieca, making the score, 1-3.
The wind increased when Žigmund Csontos made the kick off in the second half. After a rather tough play, Russówek's Kennet Hedlund got a free kick in the 52nd minute. Russówek's Daniel Kieca played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomáš Požgaj in the 53rd minute of play. In the 54th minute, Tomáš Požgaj made a precise shot to the right of Daniel Kieca. Russówek's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 2-3. In the 59th minute the ball was on its way in behind AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Štefan Semeno, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jakub Gdowski in the 90th minute of play forced AFK Petržalka's goalkeeper Štefan Semeno to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 92 played minutes Russówek got a freekick which was hit by Stanislaw Skrzypek. Štefan Semeno showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Zbigniew Zabrzeski, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The Russówek players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
