Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Julian Murillo got the match started through his kick off. A collision led to TIBURON F.C getting a freekick after 5 minutes play. Ryszard Bierfass hit a great ball. Clemente Azeari kicked well hit freekick during the 7th minute of the match. Julian Murillo's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Vitor Cordoba read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 14th minute of play. In the 28th minute, Luz Tejedor got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 31st minute the ball was on its way in behind TIBURON F.C's goalkeeper Vitor Cordoba, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. In the 32nd minute Peru were awarded a corner. Luz Tejedor went to the cornerflag to take it. It was a well-played corner which Eliseo Mina managed to volley towards the net. Unfortunately, he didn't get a great hit on the ball and it went out into the grandstand. In the 37th minute Julian Murillo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Vitor Cordoba saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 41st minute, Julian Murillo left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Peru fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Honorio Justin was the one to do the kick off. TIBURON F.C's Vitor Cordoba played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Julian Murillo in the 54th minute of play. In the 59th minute, Joaquin Prats hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The supporters of TIBURON F.C booed when Peru was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 60 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joaquin Prats didn't get a good kick on the ball. Clemente Azeari took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 61st minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Rolando Noboa. Peru's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. Vitor Cordoba showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eliseo Mina, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. Peru's Eliseo Mina managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Ryszard Bierfass in the 76 minute of the game. After having played for 77 minutes, Eliseo Mina managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Peru's supporters crossed their fingers, but Eliseo Mina was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Through an outstanding action, after 81 minutes, Vitor Cordoba successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Julian Murillo in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Vitor Cordoba prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 84th minute, Milagros Fraga reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Vitor Cordoba. The goal made the score 0-3. Peru's Eliseo Alcocer was substituted for Moises Gayoso. Peru's Rafael Gallo was substituted for Julian Murillo. Rolando Noboa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Paco Sancho in the 89th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Honorio Justin in the 92nd minute of play forced Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After some careless play in the TIBURON F.C defense, Rafael Gallo kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Vitor Cordoba. The TIBURON F.C fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Vitor Cordoba should have stopped the shot. When the match was over Peru could go home with a victory in their luggage, having controlled the game far better than TIBURON F.C throughout the match.
