Gandolfo Sánchez made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Berganza in the 16th minute of play. 16 minutes into the match, F.C Un dia de partit's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Berganza came free, but Gandolfo Sánchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 19th minute Tomas Berganza shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Gandolfo Sánchez saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 21 minutes into the match, Eustaquio Gil dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Marcos Cotilla, 1-1. A collision led to Panama getting a freekick after 30 minutes play. Alex Cambeiro hit a great ball. After a rather tough play, F.C Un dia de partit's Eustaquio Gil got a free kick in the 33rd minute. When the match had gone on for 38 minutes, Eleuterio Paredes took a quick shot and it went in 2-1 without a chance for Marcos Cotilla to make any attempt to save it. 41 minutes into the match, F.C Un dia de partit's goal looked a bit too open when Abraham Alguacil came free, but Gandolfo Sánchez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eleuterio Paredes in the 43rd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Miguel Miralles kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 48 minutes into the match, Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Domeka Alonso. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The supporters of Panama booed when F.C Un dia de partit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Raimundo Nobo didn't get a good kick on the ball. The crowd rose to their feet as Abraham Alguacil kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Gandolfo Sánchez. That made the score 2-2 in the 62 minute of play. Eleuterio Paredes took the ball and in the 73 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Marcos Cotilla. Marcos Cotilla dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-2. The supporters of Panama booed when F.C Un dia de partit was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 83 match minutes in a wonderful position. Espiridion Serena didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 85th minute, Eustaquio Gil ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Marcos Cotilla was frozen by the shot and now it was 4-2. A collision led to F.C Un dia de partit getting a freekick after 88 minutes play. Espiridion Serena hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, F.C Un dia de partit's goalkeeper Gandolfo Sánchez had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Abraham Alguacil. In the 94th minute, F.C Un dia de partit's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Isidoro Sarmiento fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. In the 95th match minute, F.C Un dia de partit was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raimundo Nobo to maneuver through the defense. For all the effort they put into the match, the Panama players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for F.C Un dia de partit.
