In the 11thth minute of the game Isidoro Sarmiento who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but FIEL F.C.'s Adelino Vasconcelos was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. 19 minutes into the match, Isidoro Sarmiento notched a goal, 1-1, to the right of FIEL F.C.'s Adelino Vasconcelos. Adelino Vasconcelos was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. In the 24th minute, Luiz Fábio Leão left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The FIEL F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Abraham Alguacil hit a great freekick 30 minutes into the match. Marcos Cotilla made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Luiz Fábio Leão in the 34th minute of play. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico da Rocha in the 36th minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 39th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Luiz Fábio Leão tried to sneak it across the goal line. Adelino Vasconcelos made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Isidoro Sarmiento in the 44th minute of play. FIEL F.C. were furious when Zeca da Fonseca was red carded, 45 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-1.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Luiz Fábio Leão made a kick off. An unexpectedly hard shot by Frederico da Rocha in the 52nd minute of play forced Panama's goalkeeper Marcos Cotilla to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Tomas Berganza in the 55th minute of play forced FIEL F.C.'s goalkeeper Adelino Vasconcelos to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After 56 minutes FIEL F.C.'s defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Abraham Alguacil who took care of the corner kick. Aaron Barrios kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. When FIEL F.C.'s Frederico da Rocha in the 64th minute got a chance for a shot 64th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. In the 81st minute, Abraham Alguacil got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. In the 82nd minute, Frederico da Rocha hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Frederico da Rocha hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. After 92 minutes of play, FIEL F.C.'s Luiz Fábio Leão made it 3-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Marcos Cotilla was left in no man's land by his defense there! Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Frederico da Rocha, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. FIEL F.C. had won after a very even match.
