Spectators: 43 (Terracing: 33, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Axel Tasis got the match started through his kick off. Efrain Moruga kicked well hit freekick during the 3rd minute of the match. In the 4th minute, Armin Kirchhoff got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. When Alexander Carballo fell near the penalty area in the 5th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Costa Rica's protests and gave Alexander Carballo a yellow card for diving instead. In the 7th minute Basil Miss shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Antonius Hoffmann in the 9th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dé Velloso in the 14th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Dé Velloso in the 15th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Armin Kirchhoff could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 20th minute of the match, but Benito Sanz made a huge save. 23 minutes into the game, Französisch Buchholz FC's Maiko Kottsieper nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. 28 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's Lautaro Puig sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Heimko Geisen narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Juan Rubio hit a great freekick 34 minutes into the match. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Costa Rica from getting a goal against them. The supporters of Französisch Buchholz FC booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 39 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Basil Miss went, in the 43rd minute, to the upper right corner, 4-0 was the resulting score. Benito Sanz was a little too slow when Dé Velloso got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 47th minute. The score was now 5-0. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 5-0.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Dé Velloso to make the kick off. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Dé Velloso in the 58th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Benito Sanz saved Costa Rica from getting behind. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Antonius Hoffmann kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. When Dé Velloso came up free with the goalie in the 71st minute, the Französisch Buchholz FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Dé Velloso couldn't finish the play. After 73 minutes of play, Französisch Buchholz FC's Maiko Kottsieper made it 9-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Benito Sanz was left in no man's land by his defense there! In the 76th match minute, Französisch Buchholz FC was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Raphael Weiler to maneuver through the defense. When Eliseo Noboa came up free with the goalie in the 77th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Eliseo Noboa couldn't finish the play. 84 minutes into the game, Dé Velloso cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 10-0. Benito Sanz was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dé Velloso in the 87th minute of the match. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Basil Miss, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. A collision led to Französisch Buchholz FC getting a freekick after 90 minutes play. Mateo Araoz hit a great ball. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 91st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 96 minutes into the match, Antonius Hoffmann notched a goal, 11-0, to the right of Costa Rica's Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Französisch Buchholz FC walked away with a well-earned victory that was much celebrated by the crowd.
