The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. In the 2nd minute, FC Blueskatterna's Peter Björkman dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 6 minutes into the match, Peter Björkman dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Demonde Jacobson, 2-0. Demonde Jacobson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Peter Björkman's shot from short distance in the 9th minute. In the 15th match minute, Jamaica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Finlay Stair to maneuver through the defense. Kevin Fagrell recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 17th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. 19 minutes into the match, Nils Falkrans had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Nils Falkrans was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 4-0. 23 minutes in the game, Kevin Fagrell fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Demonde Jacobson having to interfere. Peter Björkman spun around in front of the goal 23 minutes in the game, and got away a shot that, to his disappointment, went to the left of Jamaica's goal. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Kevin Fagrell in the 26th minute of play. André Nordmark showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Romon Oliver, who was totally free with the ball in the 31st minute. 32 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Henrik Löv came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 34th minute of the match, managed to save Jamaica from getting a goal against them. Kevin Fagrell took the ball and in the 36 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. Peter Björkman who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 43rdth minute tested the skills of Demonde Jacobson when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Demonde Jacobson was out of position in the 45 minute of play, and Henrik Löv capitalized on the mistake with a soft shot into the goal. Henrik Löv really showed his touch with that goal: 8-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 8-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Finlay Stair made a kick off. Peter Björkman received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 51st minute. Demonde Jacobson tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Henrik Löv went, in the 53rd minute, to the upper right corner, 9-0 was the resulting score. Demonde Jacobson took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Kevin Fagrell, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by FC Blueskatterna's Kevin Fagrell. But to his dismay, Kevin Fagrell quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 10-0. After some careless play in the Jamaica defense, Henrik Löv kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demonde Jacobson should have stopped the shot. An unexpectedly hard shot by Peter Björkman in the 63rd minute of play forced Jamaica's goalkeeper Demonde Jacobson to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Alex Isaksson went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 12-0 was the resulting score. When FC Blueskatterna's Alex Isaksson in the 74th minute got a chance for a shot 74th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Jamaica's goalie prevented a goal. After 74 minutes, Romon Oliver mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Jamaica and the FC Blueskatterna players grew even worse after the yellow card. In the 77th minute, Peter Björkman made a precise shot to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 14-0. 80 minutes into the match, Jamaica's goal looked a bit too open when Peter Björkman came free, but Demonde Jacobson reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Demonde Jacobson came out of the goal in the 81st minute to try and stop a shot by FC Blueskatterna's Peter Björkman. But to his dismay, Peter Björkman quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 15-0. Demonde Jacobson stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Henrik Löv's shot from short distance in the 84th minute. After 86 minutes of play, FC Blueskatterna's Peter Björkman made it 16-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Demonde Jacobson was left in no man's land by his defense there! Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Nils Falkrans in the 89th minute of play. In the 90th minute, Kevin Fagrell ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Demonde Jacobson was frozen by the shot and now it was 17-0. 18-0 became the score in the 93rd minute when Alex Isaksson elegantly shot the ball into goal just under the crossbar. When the referee ended the match the FC Blueskatterna players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
