The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Davie McWhirter helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Gavião Kyikatejê getting a freekick after 93 minutes play. Davie McWhirter hit a great ball. The Gavião Kyikatejê fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
