The referee saw this and, surprisingly, showed Jonathan Venegas the red card, dismissing him from the pitch. The coaching staff of Venezuela protested bitterly, but the referee would have none of it, and Jonathan Venegas had no choice but to slowly walk off the pitch. In the 18th minute there was a penalty for ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇. Edmundson Ross stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. 3-0. Jonathan Ferrant was frozen by the shot and now it was 8-0. Edmundson Ross scored 9-0 in the 90th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Jonathan Ferrant stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Edmundson Ross's shot from short distance in the 95th minute. There was no doubt that ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇ were the better team. ❇ᛗᛁᛏᚱᚺᚨᚾᛞᛁᚱ❇'s players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
