Spectators: 52 (Terracing: 39, Seating: 12, VIP seats: 1) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Rahim Niğdeli got the match started through his kick off. In the 2nd minute Eliseo Mina shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ricardo Ceberiche saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 14 minutes had been played when some careless play by Roneros F.C.'s defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Luz Tejedor was slow to take the kick. During this time Peru's players had a chance to rest. 15 minutes into the match, Rahim Niğdeli dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Rolando Noboa, 1-0. After 20 played minutes Roneros F.C. got a freekick which was hit by Rahim Niğdeli. Julian Murillo scored 1-1 in the 23rd match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Ricardo Ceberiche, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Peru's Rolando Noboa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Rahim Niğdeli in the 31st minute of play. In the 34th minute, Umbruso Salvadios hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. A collision led to Peru getting a freekick after 35 minutes play. Anthony Alvarado hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahim Niğdeli got free with Rolando Noboa in the 36th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 37 minutes into the match, Peru's goalkeeper Rolando Noboa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Witomir Jestrimski. An unexpectedly hard shot by Julian Murillo in the 39th minute of play forced Roneros F.C.'s goalkeeper Ricardo Ceberiche to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Rahim Niğdeli got free with Rolando Noboa in the 41st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. 44 minutes into the match, Roneros F.C.'s goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Mina came free, but Ricardo Ceberiche reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Rolando Noboa made a fantastic save in the 48th minute, when Rahim Niğdeli sent off a good shot on target. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 2-1 at half-time.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Julian Murillo to strike the kick off in the second half. Mattias Classon made in the 87th minute of the game a fairly good throw-in which was taken care of by Cordero Aberasturi. Rolando Noboa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Washington Piedrahita in the 88th minute of play. In the 89th minute, Rafael Gallo reached a very good position and smashed the ball with a huge effort into the net, just to the left of Ricardo Ceberiche. The goal made the score 2-2. Ricardo Ceberiche made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Rafael Gallo in the 96th minute of play. Despite being the better team, Peru failed to find the winning goal and were forced to settle for a single point.
