Spectators: 41 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. The audience was convinced that Nemesio Cordareo's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Benito Sanz was relentless in the 3rd minute of the game. In the 24th minute, Olliver Van Meirhaeghe ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-0. Juan Rubio's late challenge caught a Berserkers FC Ψ's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Juan Rubio helped the player get up and apologised. Juan Rubio hit a great freekick 27 minutes into the match. The crowd rose to their feet as Berserkers FC Ψ's Nemesio Cordareo slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-0 after 30 minutes of play. Benito Sanz made an important save on a dangerous shot by Nemesio Cordareo in the 33rd minute. In the 36th minute, Berserkers FC Ψ's Nemesio Cordareo dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 4-0. 38 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Cipriano Munhoz. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Nemesio Cordareo in the 42nd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Abel Carballo hit a great freekick 42 minutes into the match. Thanks to some nice moves Cipriano Munhoz could shoot a difficult shot in the 45th minute, which Benito Sanz however easily saved by the left post. 46 minutes into the game, Eliseo Noboa was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Costa Rica's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Berserkers FC Ψ the free kick. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 46 minutes play. Eliseo Noboa hit a great ball. Benito Sanz acted impressively in front of the goal and made a superb save when he, in the 47th minute, took the ball on the long shot from Gabriel Silban. Olliver Van Meirhaeghe's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Benito Sanz read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 48th minute of play. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Nemesio Cordareo to make the kick off. Berserkers FC Ψ's Cipriano Munhoz got a good chance for a goal in the 51st minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. After having played for 59 minutes, Olliver Van Meirhaeghe managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Berserkers FC Ψ's supporters crossed their fingers, but Olliver Van Meirhaeghe was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Nemesio Cordareo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Costa Rica's Aaron Alcocer got a free kick in the 60th minute. After 63 minutes, Lautaro Puig mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Costa Rica and the Berserkers FC Ψ players grew even worse after the yellow card. After 63 played minutes Costa Rica got a freekick which was hit by Lautaro Puig. Nemesio Cordareo took the ball and in the 64 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 6-0. The supporters of Berserkers FC Ψ booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. Berserkers FC Ψ made a substitution. Radowit Furlit replaced Cipriano Munhoz. In the 69th minute, Alan Moruga hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 70thth minute of the game Nemesio Cordareo who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Abel Carballo kicked well hit freekick during the 74th minute of the match. In the 75th minute of the match Gabriel Silban sent off a long shot with destination to the right of the goalkeeper, but Benito Sanz skillfully saved the ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ceferino Quinteros in the 77th minute of play. Olliver Van Meirhaeghe took the ball and in the 78 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Benito Sanz. Benito Sanz dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 8-0. In the 80th match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Abel Carballo to maneuver through the defense. In the 82nd minute, Axel Tasis hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 84th minute Nemesio Cordareo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Radowit Furlit in the 86th minute of play. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Olliver Van Meirhaeghe in the 94th minute of the match. Berserkers FC Ψ's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
