Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Axel Tasis started the match with the kick off. The audience thought a goal was coming when Giorgian Arrascaeta got free with Benito Sanz in the 4th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 4th minute, Carlinhos Cerezo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Benito Sanz came out of the goal in the 12th minute to try and stop a shot by Warren FC - DMZ's Ladislao Bermudo. But to his dismay, Ladislao Bermudo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-0. When the match clock showed 15 minutes, the score became 2-0 when Giorgian Arrascaeta sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. Giorgian Arrascaeta recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 18th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 22nd minute. The crowd rose to their feet as Giorgian Arrascaeta kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Benito Sanz. That made the score 3-0 in the 29 minute of play. 37 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Giorgian Arrascaeta. A collision led to Costa Rica getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Hugo Ferrant hit a great ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 5-0 at half-time.

Warren FC - DMZ made a substitution. José Romero replaced Bunda Cagara. 53 minutes into the match, Warren FC - DMZ's goalkeeper Bernardo Moreira had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. In the 54th minute the ball was on its way in behind Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. Benito Sanz took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 63rd minute of the match Warren FC - DMZ got a corner. Costa Rica's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Peder Ferro ran over to the corner to take the kick. Warren FC - DMZ's Peder Ferro was first on the ball when the corner was shot and he dangerously headed the ball towards goal, but Benito Sanz in the goal jumped up to prevent it from getting in. Giorgian Arrascaeta hit a great freekick 66 minutes into the match. In the 69th minute Giorgian Arrascaeta shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Benito Sanz saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. If Giorgian Arrascaeta had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. An unexpectedly hard shot by Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 71st minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Benito Sanz made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Ladislao Bermudo in the 72nd minute of play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Giorgian Arrascaeta in the 73rd minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Benito Sanz prevented the ball from getting in the gole. After some careless play in the Costa Rica defense, Giorgian Arrascaeta kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. The Costa Rica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Benito Sanz should have stopped the shot. Warren FC - DMZ made a substitution. Fellipe Machado replaced Hélio Nascimento. Hugo Ferrant kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. 82 minutes into the game, Warren FC - DMZ's Giorgian Arrascaeta nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Benito Sanz made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 7-0. When the match clock showed 85 minutes, the score became 8-0 when Giorgian Arrascaeta sped through Costa Rica's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Benito Sanz. When Giorgian Arrascaeta came up free with the goalie in the 90th minute, the Warren FC - DMZ fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Giorgian Arrascaeta couldn't finish the play. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Giorgian Arrascaeta, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Warren FC - DMZ fully deserved thier win.
