Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Carolo Solustiano took the kick off in the first half of the match. In the 3rd minute the ball was on its way in behind C.A.Esparta's goalkeeper Silverio Cordara, but with the help of a sacrificing defense, he could catch the ball at the crossbar. After some careless play in the C.A.Esparta defense, Ernso Constant kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Silverio Cordara. The C.A.Esparta fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Silverio Cordara should have stopped the shot. Santo Tebaldo made in the 12th minute of the game a quick throw-in and Lino Arnau immediately put the ball in play. Carolo Solustiano might have been able to make a better finish in the 19th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Noel Seide. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Carolo Solustiano ran back to his position shaking his head. In the 19th minute of the match Santo Tebaldo shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Noel Seide showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. If Carolo Solustiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 24th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Carolo Solustiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Noel Seide read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 24th minute of play. Gilberto Nofre fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 26th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Noel Seide having to interfere. After having played for 27 minutes, Carolo Solustiano managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. C.A.Esparta's supporters crossed their fingers, but Carolo Solustiano was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Noel Seide showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Carolo Solustiano in the 33rd minute of the match. Carolo Solustiano could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 35th minute of the match, but Noel Seide made a huge save. 35 minutes into the game, Jonathan Alphonse was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Haiti's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave C.A.Esparta the free kick. The supporters of C.A.Esparta booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 36 match minutes in a wonderful position. Jonathan Alphonse didn't get a good kick on the ball. 41 minutes into the match, Haiti's goal looked a bit too open when Gilberto Nofre came free, but Noel Seide reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. The supporters of C.A.Esparta booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 45 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodney Emmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. C.A.Esparta's Lino Arnau shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 46th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Noel Seide but with some difficulty. Disappointed in the 0-1 score, the home team went to the dressing room to adjust tactics for the second half.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Jonathan Alphonse to strike the kick off in the second half. Carolo Solustiano's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Noel Seide read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 51st minute of play. Silverio Cordara showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Jonathan Alphonse, who was totally free with the ball in the 52nd minute. Noel Seide came out of the goal in the 56th minute to try and stop a shot by C.A.Esparta's Carolo Solustiano. But to his dismay, Carolo Solustiano quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. When Rodney Emmanuel fell near the penalty area in the 59th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haiti's protests and gave Rodney Emmanuel a yellow card for diving instead. In the 59th match minute, Haiti was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Rodney Emmanuel to maneuver through the defense. Silverio Cordara showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Jonathan Alphonse in the 65th minute of the match. After some fancy dribbling in the 69th minute, Adolfo Silbestre managed to get in a good position for a shot. C.A.Esparta's supporters rose to their feet, but Adolfo Silbestre was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Noel Seide breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. If Carolo Solustiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Gilberto Nofre in the 80th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Noel Seide saved Haiti from getting behind. The supporters of C.A.Esparta booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 81 match minutes in a wonderful position. Rodney Emmanuel didn't get a good kick on the ball. Noel Seide made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Carolo Solustiano in the 83rd minute of play. In the 84th minute, Carolo Solustiano left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The C.A.Esparta fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. If Carolo Solustiano had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 95th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. When Saint Jean Pierre fell near the penalty area in the 96th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Haiti's protests and gave Saint Jean Pierre a yellow card for diving instead. The supporters of C.A.Esparta booed when Haiti was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 96 match minutes in a wonderful position. Saint Jean Pierre didn't get a good kick on the ball. Haiti's players left the field with heads hung low after losing a match that had been finely balanced throughout.
