Roberto Nirvana sent away a hard shot on goal in the 3rd minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. Venezuela's Jonathan Ferrant played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Roberto Nirvana in the 3rd minute of play. Roberto Nirvana's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Jonathan Ferrant read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 5th minute of play. 6 minutes had been played when some careless play by Venezuela's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Gustaw Niewiadomski was slow to take the kick. During this time Fortuna 86 Szczecin's players had a chance to rest. The throw-in from Gustaw Niewiadomski in the 9th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Venezuela's Salvador Gisbert. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Roberto Nirvana in the 13th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jonathan Ferrant prevented the ball from getting in the gole. In the 15th minute of the match Fortuna 86 Szczecin got a corner. Venezuela's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Gustaw Niewiadomski ran over to the corner to take the kick. Jonathan Ferrant made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Roberto Nirvana in the 25th minute of play. The crowd rose to their feet as Roberto Nirvana kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jonathan Ferrant. That made the score 2-0 in the 30 minute of play. Roberto Nirvana might have been able to make a better finish in the 33rd minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Jonathan Ferrant. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Roberto Nirvana ran back to his position shaking his head. Roberto Nirvana in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Jonathan Ferrant, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Tomas Illescas blasted a shot towards the goal in the 39th minute, but the shot hit the top of the crossbar and went out without Stipe Pletikosa having to make a save. After having played for 41 minutes, Roberto Nirvana managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Roberto Nirvana was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. The audience thought a goal was coming when Roberto Nirvana got free with Jonathan Ferrant in the 46th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. When the referee blew for the end of the half the home team players were clearly happier, as they went in to the break leading 2-0.

Fortuna 86 Szczecin made a substitution. Harun Mengüer replaced Roberto Nirvana. Jonathan Ferrant showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Harun Mengüer, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. After 58 played minutes Venezuela got a freekick which was hit by Guillermo Mariano. The audience thought a goal was coming when Tomas Illescas got free with Stipe Pletikosa in the 61st minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 62nd minute of the match Venezuela got a corner. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Tomas Illescas ran over to the corner to take the kick. The corner led to Venezuela's Camilo Gaos getting away a dangerous shot that went just outside the goal. The supporters of Fortuna 86 Szczecin booed when Venezuela was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 66 match minutes in a wonderful position. Guillermo Mariano didn't get a good kick on the ball. Harun Mengüer struck a weak shot in the 67th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Fortuna 86 Szczecin. Jonathan Ferrant took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Harun Mengüer, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. When Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Harun Mengüer in the 70th minute got a chance for a shot 70th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. The Fortuna 86 Szczecin fans' excitement grew in the 78th match minute when Fortuna 86 Szczecin's Harun Mengüer looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 3-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. After having played for 80 minutes, Harun Mengüer managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's supporters crossed their fingers, but Harun Mengüer was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. Stipe Pletikosa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Tomas Illescas in the 91st minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Harun Mengüer in the 92nd minute of play forced Venezuela's goalkeeper Jonathan Ferrant to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Harun Mengüer in the 94th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Jonathan Ferrant saved Venezuela from getting behind. 95 minutes into the match, Venezuela's goal looked a bit too open when Harun Mengüer came free, but Jonathan Ferrant reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. There was no doubt that Fortuna 86 Szczecin were the better team. Fortuna 86 Szczecin's players enjoyed the ovations of the crowd after the victory.
