In the 12th match minute, Panama was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Isidoro Sarmiento to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Tomas Berganza in the 19th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Pär Are prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Pär Are stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Tomas Berganza's shot from short distance in the 19th minute. Marcos Cotilla took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Anfilogino Preda, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. With a little luck, Panama's Marcos Cotilla got control of the ball when Anfilogino Preda tried to sneak it across the goal line. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniele Bevilacqua went, in the 24th minute, to the upper right corner, 2-0 was the resulting score. In the 27th minute, Ciro Di Renzo hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cacá 赵云乐 got free with Marcos Cotilla in the 30th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Marcos Cotilla made a fantastic save in the 34th minute, when Daniele Bevilacqua sent off a good shot on target. Marcos Cotilla was in the perfect position, and the defense had done a good job marking him, but Anfilogino Preda showcased his skills and made a perfect shot to score 3-0 in the 35 minute of play. In the 43rd minute Anfilogino Preda shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Marcos Cotilla saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 46 minutes into the match, Abraham Alguacil notched a goal, 3-1, to the right of Montechiarugolo AFC's Pär Are. Pär Are was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Af the end of the first half the score was 3-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The Montechiarugolo AFC fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 4-1. Panama's Marcos Cotilla played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Anfilogino Preda in the 85th minute of play. 88 minutes into the match, Daniele Bevilacqua had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Marcos Cotilla. Panama's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Daniele Bevilacqua was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-1. Abraham Alguacil could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 92nd minute of the match, but Pär Are made a huge save. The supporters of Panama booed when Montechiarugolo AFC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 93 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alvise Manzi didn't get a good kick on the ball. Isidoro Sarmiento sent away a hard shot on goal in the 94th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Marcos Cotilla didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Daniele Bevilacqua went, in the 96th minute, to the upper right corner, 9-1 was the resulting score. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Montechiarugolo AFC had won after a very even match.
