Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Mexico's Joel Gaona started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. When the match clock showed 3 minutes, the score became 0-1 when Alberto Tafalla sped through Despidida AFC's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Fernando Selatse. In the 7th minute Emiliano Velasco shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Dante Lacasa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 8th minute of play forced Despidida AFC's goalkeeper Fernando Selatse to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Dinu Ivănescu in the 11th minute of play. Fernando Selatse took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Alberto Tafalla, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 25th minute of the match, Dinu Ivănescu tried to roll the ball into the goal by the right post, but Dante Lacasa saw his intentions and got control of the ball before it passed the line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Emiliano Velasco in the 32nd managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. 39 minutes into the match, Despidida AFC's goal looked a bit too open when Alberto Tafalla came free, but Fernando Selatse reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 44 minutes into the match, Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Dinu Ivănescu. Lorenzo Cazalla kicked well hit freekick during the 46th minute of the match. 47 minutes into the game, Emiliano Velasco recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Dante Lacasa. Emiliano Velasco showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 3-1.

Despidida AFC had won after a very even match.
