Lautaro Puig hit a great freekick 5 minutes into the match. When Axel Tasis came up free with the goalie in the 9th minute, the Costa Rica fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Axel Tasis couldn't finish the play. In the 11th minute, Sielce Warszawa's Janusz Haskiewicz dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Aleks Borsuk. 17 minutes into the game, Janusz Haskiewicz recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Benito Sanz. Janusz Haskiewicz showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Costa Rica's Benito Sanz played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Janusz Haskiewicz in the 22nd minute of play. 24 minutes into the match, Janusz Haskiewicz had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Janusz Haskiewicz was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 3-0. In the 27th minute, Roman Kaczynski made a precise shot to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 4-0. In the 31st match minute, Costa Rica was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hugo Ferrant to maneuver through the defense. In the 33rd minute, Janusz Haskiewicz left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sielce Warszawa fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 5-0. 36 minutes into the match, Roman Kaczynski dribbled the ball past the defender and swiftly kicked the ball to the left of Benito Sanz, 6-0. Jerónimo Avelar hit a great freekick 38 minutes into the match. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 41st minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Costa Rica's defense didn't have a chance, in the 43rd minute, when Janusz Haskiewicz scored to the left of an out of position Benito Sanz, making the score, 7-0. The supporters of Costa Rica booed when Sielce Warszawa was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 46 match minutes in a wonderful position. Roman Kaczynski didn't get a good kick on the ball. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 7-0 at half-time.
The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Axel Tasis to strike the kick off in the second half. 54 minutes into the match, Roman Kaczynski had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. When Sielce Warszawa's Janusz Haskiewicz in the 60th minute got a chance for a shot 60th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Costa Rica's goalie prevented a goal. Miguel Souto kicked well hit freekick during the 61st minute of the match. In the 70th minute, Janusz Haskiewicz ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Benito Sanz was frozen by the shot and now it was 9-0. Sielce Warszawa's Edin Džeko was substituted for Janusz Haskiewicz. Sielce Warszawa made a substitution. Du Shu Yuan replaced Apolo Lia. Benito Sanz showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edin Džeko, who was totally free with the ball in the 76th minute. Paulo José Maldini received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 78th minute. Benito Sanz tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Benito Sanz showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Edin Džeko in the 86th minute of the match. After 87 minutes Costa Rica's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Edin Džeko who took care of the corner kick. The corner ended in Edin Džeko almost managing to get the ball behind the net, but Costa Rica's Benito Sanz did a great save. 92 minutes into the match, Edin Džeko had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Benito Sanz. Costa Rica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Edin Džeko was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 10-0. Benito Sanz didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Edin Džeko went, in the 95th minute, to the upper right corner, 11-0 was the resulting score. When the referee ended the match the Sielce Warszawa players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
