Poppy FC's Sertel Adıvar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Alphonse in the 30th minute of play. In the 32nd minute, Poppy FC's Qu Ling Lin ran free of his marker and smoothly shot the ball into the goal behind Noel Seide. Noel Seide yelled at his defense, as they had left him out to dry. 4-1. With an all-out effort, Poppy FC's Noel Seide threw himself towards the right post 36 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Qu Ling Lin, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. If Aziz Hallaçoğlu had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 37th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Noel Seide made a fantastic save in the 40th minute, when Qu Ling Lin sent off a good shot on target. Haiti's Noel Seide proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 41st minute of the match, managed to save Haiti from getting a goal against them. Jonathan Alphonse hit a great freekick 45 minutes into the match. The throw-in from Ahmet Hafiz Kumanbay in the 47th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Haiti's Ernso Constant. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-1. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Qu Ling Lin was the one to do the kick off. Rodney Emmanuel hit a great freekick 51 minutes into the match. Ahmet Hafiz Kumanbay took a chance and fired a shot far from the goal in the 52nd minute, but it turned out to be a dangerous situation for Noel Seide. Haiti's goalkeeper really had to stretch himself to stop the ball from crossing the goal line. After some careless play in the Haiti defense, Qu Ling Lin kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Noel Seide. The Haiti fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Noel Seide should have stopped the shot. Noel Seide showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patrik Flinck, who was totally free with the ball in the 56th minute. Jonathan Alphonse sent away a hard shot on goal in the 58th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 60 minutes into the match, Patrik Flinck had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Noel Seide. Haiti's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Patrik Flinck was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 6-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Patrik Flinck in the 68th minute of play forced Haiti's goalkeeper Noel Seide to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. It was no surprise that this one had ended in a win for the home team. Poppy FC had played much better football throughout.
