Adalberto Vianna started the match with the kick off. 8 minutes into the match, Falcão Marques notched a goal, 1-0, to the right of Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Falcão Marques scored 2-0 in the 12th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Joaquin Gayoso, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Rondinone F.C - FDFDF getting a freekick after 14 minutes play. Gil dos Santos hit a great ball. The supporters of Rondinone F.C - FDFDF booed when Uruguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 15 match minutes in a wonderful position. Francisco Seco didn't get a good kick on the ball. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Nicolas Cardozo played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Francisco Seco in the 17th minute of play. In the 18thth minute of the game Falcão Marques who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Uruguay's Joaquin Gayoso was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Uruguay's defense didn't have a chance, in the 20th minute, when Falcão Marques scored to the left of an out of position Joaquin Gayoso, making the score, 3-0. After 31 played minutes Rondinone F.C - FDFDF got a freekick which was hit by Eliézer Leão. 33 minutes into the match, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's goal looked a bit too open when Maximiliano Escribano came free, but Nicolas Cardozo reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Joaquin Gayoso showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Falcão Marques, who was totally free with the ball in the 36th minute. After some fancy dribbling in the 37th minute, Gil dos Santos managed to get in a good position for a shot. Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's supporters rose to their feet, but Gil dos Santos was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Joaquin Gayoso breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Gil dos Santos took the ball and in the 41 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Joaquin Gayoso. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 4-0. After 45 minutes of play, Uruguay's Maximiliano Escribano made it 4-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Nicolas Cardozo was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The wind increased when Francisco Seco made the kick off in the second half. The audience was convinced that Falcão Marques's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Joaquin Gayoso was relentless in the 51st minute of the game. Falcão Marques struck a weak shot in the 54th minute. Joaquin Gayoso didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Rondinone F.C - FDFDF. Joaquin Gayoso dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-1. Nicolas Cardozo showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Maximiliano Escribano, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Joaquin Gayoso showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Falcão Marques in the 64th minute of the match. Adalberto Vianna's late challenge caught a Uruguay's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Adalberto Vianna helped the player get up and apologised. Nicolas Cardozo made a fantastic save in the 71st minute, when Francisco Seco sent off a good shot on target. Diguinho Pereira charged in rather forcefully in the 73rd minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Diguinho Pereira the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 76 played minutes Uruguay got a freekick which was hit by Alberto Gisbert. With a little luck, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Nicolas Cardozo got control of the ball when Francisco Seco tried to sneak it across the goal line. Alberto Gisbert hit a great freekick 85 minutes into the match. After 86 played minutes, Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Gil dos Santos shot from a long distance, and at first it looked like the ball was going into the goal, but the goalkeeper Joaquin Gayoso came through and got his fingers on the ball before it flew over the goal line. He then quickly gripped the ball tighter before the forwards in Rondinone F.C - FDFDF reached it. When Rondinone F.C - FDFDF's Gil dos Santos in the 89th minute got a chance for a shot 89th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. They had somehow managed to win, even though the away team had held the majority of the possession.
