In the 9th minute Bai Kun Yang shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Lautaro Navarro saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. A collision led to Voyager Soccer Team getting a freekick after 24 minutes play. Cezary Ankiewicz hit a great ball. 34 minutes into the match, Honduras's goal looked a bit too open when Bai Kun Yang came free, but Lautaro Navarro reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Lautaro Navarro didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Dênis Marques went, in the 35th minute, to the upper right corner, 3-0 was the resulting score. The audience thought a goal was coming when Alun Harmon got free with Lautaro Navarro in the 39th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. A sloppy throw-in by Cezary Ankiewicz in the 47th minute of the game went astray and was snapped up by Honduras's Esteban Carvallo. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 3-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Edmundo Espiga stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. When the match clock showed 51 minutes, the score became 4-0 when Piotr Rybak sped through Honduras's defense and sent away a curving shot that went into the net to the right of Lautaro Navarro. Alfred Owsiak fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Dênis Marques struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Lautaro Navarro didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Voyager Soccer Team. When Milagros Cabal fell near the penalty area in the 58th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Honduras's protests and gave Milagros Cabal a yellow card for diving instead. Milagros Cabal hit a great freekick 58 minutes into the match. Lautaro Navarro made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Piotr Rybak in the 63rd minute of play. Sebastian Villa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 70th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Cícero Leite fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 78th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Lautaro Navarro having to interfere. Cezary Ankiewicz hit a great freekick 84 minutes into the match. The audience thought a goal was coming when Edmundo Espiga got free with Waldemar Quintal in the 90th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. After 91 played minutes Voyager Soccer Team got a freekick which was hit by Acácio Sharkiy. In the 92nd match minute, Voyager Soccer Team was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Cezary Ankiewicz to maneuver through the defense. Waldemar Quintal made a fantastic save in the 94th minute, when Sebastian Villa sent off a good shot on target. Lautaro Navarro showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Piotr Rybak in the 95th minute of the match.
