Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Reşat Rasif in the 58th minute of play. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Reşat Rasif in the 59th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Dante Lacasa saved Mexico from getting behind. In the 60th minute, Tomasz Gorski hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Lautaro Mancebo fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 61st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Tomasz Piwko having to interfere. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mariusz Zgonina in the 65th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 66th match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Luca Rouco to maneuver through the defense. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 67th minute. KS Piastów Sosnowiec's Tomasz Piwko proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 71st minute of the match, managed to save KS Piastów Sosnowiec from getting a goal against them. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 96th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Lautaro Mancebo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 98th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Jeers came from both ends of the stadium when the final whistle went. Neither team had looked impressive and the draw seeemd a fair result.
