In the 10th minute Herbert Pracki shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Kiliz Mauleon saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Vladimiro Raulo who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 11thth minute tested the skills of Rogério Ceni when he managed to save the team from getting behind. After some fancy dribbling in the 17th minute, Herbert Pracki managed to get in a good position for a shot. Belgrano LOS PIRATAS's supporters rose to their feet, but Herbert Pracki was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Kiliz Mauleon breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. Kiliz Mauleon made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 1-1. Moscovi Ψ's Ovidio Rey was substituted for Vladimiro Raulo. After the first half the score was level. The break gave the players a chance to catch their breath, whilst the managers went over the tactics with them again.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Edgard Eudoxio to strike the kick off in the second half. Herbert Pracki could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 54th minute of the match, but Kiliz Mauleon made a huge save. Rogério Ceni showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Edgard Eudoxio, who was totally free with the ball in the 58th minute. Moscovi Ψ's Kiliz Mauleon played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Herbert Pracki in the 76th minute of play. The supporters of Moscovi Ψ booed when Belgrano LOS PIRATAS was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 79 match minutes in a wonderful position. Steve Harris didn't get a good kick on the ball. The Belgrano LOS PIRATAS players were relieved to hear the final whistle blow to end the match. The away crowd was happy to see their team win after a very tight game.
