Spectators: 39 (Terracing: 30, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Joel Gaona started the match with the kick off. In the 3rd minute, Macos Graciani hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Danilo Testa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Joel Gaona in the 6th minute of play. 6 minutes into the match, Joel Gaona had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Danilo Testa. Candelaria FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Joel Gaona was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. When Mexico's Joel Gaona in the 9th minute got a chance for a shot 9th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Candelaria FC's goalie prevented a goal. In the 12th minute Lautaro Mancebo shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Danilo Testa saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Danilo Testa took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lautaro Mancebo, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Joel Gaona in the 17th minute of play forced Candelaria FC's goalkeeper Danilo Testa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Joel Gaona fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 19th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Danilo Testa having to interfere. Dante Lacasa made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Arnaldo Marquez in the 21st minute of play. Danilo Testa showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Mancebo in the 22nd minute of the match. 23 minutes had been played when some careless play by Candelaria FC's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Joel Gaona was slow to take the kick. During this time Mexico's players had a chance to rest. After taking down the ball on Mexico's corner Luca Zorita fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Danilo Testa quite easily take care of the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Okanalp Özdil got free with Dante Lacasa in the 25th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Candelaria FC's Christian Gómez quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Macos Graciani, made in the 27th minute of the game. If Lautaro Mancebo had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 30th minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. Alberto Tafalla recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 34th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. In the 36th minute, Alberto Tafalla got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The audience was convinced that Okanalp Özdil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 39th minute of the game. A collision led to Mexico getting a freekick after 41 minutes play. Lautaro Mancebo hit a great ball. In the 41st minute, Lautaro Mancebo fired away a free kick at goal. The supporters of Candelaria FC booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 44 match minutes in a wonderful position. Macos Graciani didn't get a good kick on the ball.

Christian Gómez charged in rather forcefully in the 51st minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Christian Gómez the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. Lautaro Mancebo could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 53rd minute of the match, but Danilo Testa made a huge save. The audience was convinced that Okanalp Özdil's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Dante Lacasa was relentless in the 55th minute of the game. The audience thought a goal was coming when Lautaro Mancebo got free with Danilo Testa in the 56th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Okanalp Özdil in the 58th minute of play. After 61 minutes Candelaria FC's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was Joel Gaona who took care of the corner kick. Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Arnaldo Marquez, who was totally free with the ball in the 63rd minute. Candelaria FC's Matthijs Dekens managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Macos Graciani in the 79 minute of the game. Danilo Testa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Joel Gaona, who was totally free with the ball in the 83rd minute. Through an outstanding action, after 86 minutes, Danilo Testa successfully got his hands on the ball before it slid into the goal at the right post. An unexpectedly hard shot by Okanalp Özdil in the 89th minute of play forced Mexico's goalkeeper Dante Lacasa to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. In the 91st match minute, Mexico was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Lautaro Mancebo to maneuver through the defense. 93 minutes in the game, Joel Gaona fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Danilo Testa having to interfere. Danilo Testa came out of the goal in the 95th minute to try and stop a shot by Mexico's Lautaro Mancebo. But to his dismay, Lautaro Mancebo quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 0-2. When the final whistle sounded Mexico left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Candelaria FC.
