Ecuador were awarded a corner in the 8th minute after ...ASGARD...'s defender lost control of the ball, allowing it to roll out over the line. Daniel Zorita took the corner. Urbasa Jofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 10th minute. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 12th minute. Urbasa Jofre showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Cristian Sancho in the 16th minute of the match. The audience was convinced that William Dahlqvist's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Julio Vera was relentless in the 20th minute of the game. Urbasa Jofre came out of the goal in the 23rd minute to try and stop a shot by Ecuador's Daniel Zorita. But to his dismay, Daniel Zorita quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 1-1. An unexpectedly hard shot by Daniel Zorita in the 25th minute of play forced ...ASGARD...'s goalkeeper Urbasa Jofre to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from William Dahlqvist in the 27th minute of play. Luis Andino fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 32nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Urbasa Jofre having to interfere. In the 38th minute Felix Montenegro shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Urbasa Jofre saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Urbasa Jofre showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Cristian Sancho, who was totally free with the ball in the 39th minute. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Cristian Sancho got a free kick in the 42nd minute. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by William Dahlqvist in the 43rd minute of play. Daniel Zorita scored 1-2 in the 44th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Urbasa Jofre, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by William Dahlqvist during the 47th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of Ecuador booed when ...ASGARD... was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 47 match minutes in a wonderful position. William Dahlqvist didn't get a good kick on the ball. The ...ASGARD... players were disheartened as they walked off the pitch after the first half. Ecuador were winning 1-2.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Mimoun Palić to make the kick off. In the 53rd minute of the match Iulian Noica shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Julio Vera showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Daniel Zorita hit a great freekick 54 minutes into the match. 56 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Mimoun Palić came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. In the 58thth minute of the game Mimoun Palić who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Ecuador's Julio Vera was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mimoun Palić in the 61st minute of play. Daniel Zorita's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 64thth minute, Urbasa Jofre skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. Julio Vera made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Eliodor Elian in the 65th minute of play. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mimoun Palić in the 67th minute of play. A collision led to ...ASGARD... getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Mimoun Palić hit a great ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Daniel Zorita got free with Urbasa Jofre in the 76th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. ...ASGARD... made a substitution. Horia Spirache replaced Leonardo Astrada. Daniel Zorita kicked well hit freekick during the 81st minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mimoun Palić in the 85th minute of play forced Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Urbasa Jofre took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Daniel Zorita, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Daniel Zorita could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 95th minute of the match, but Urbasa Jofre made a huge save. The ...ASGARD... fans had already started to leave before the final whistle blew. Ecuador were clearly better and deserved to take the win.
