Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) Adelino Ramalho started the match with the kick off in front of an excited audience. Curacao's Bruno Barrett proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 3rd minute of the match, managed to save Curacao from getting a goal against them. Adelino Ramalho's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Bruno Barrett read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 4th minute of play. Adelino Ramalho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 7th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. In the 8th minute Rodolfo Trancoso shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Bruno Barrett saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. Troy Kennedy hit a great freekick 11 minutes into the match. Frank Tasso fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 14th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. In the 17th minute, Ligeiro F.C's Frank Tasso dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-0. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Frank Tasso in the 21st minute of play. After a rather tough play, Curacao's Charles Cox got a free kick in the 24th minute. 25 minutes into the game, Frank Tasso recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Bruno Barrett. Frank Tasso showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. Adelino Ramalho could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 29th minute of the match, but Bruno Barrett made a huge save. Bruno Barrett made a fantastic save in the 30th minute, when Adelino Ramalho sent off a good shot on target. After some careless play in the Curacao defense, Adelino Ramalho kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Bruno Barrett. The Curacao fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Bruno Barrett should have stopped the shot. The Ligeiro F.C fans' excitement grew in the 39th match minute when Ligeiro F.C's Adelino Ramalho looked to have a clear shot with the ball near the goal. The shot wasn't hard, but the ball still rolled over the goal line to make it 4-0 before the goalkeeper had a chance to intervene. 42 minutes into the match, Curacao's goal looked a bit too open when Frank Tasso came free, but Bruno Barrett reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Elói Barreto might have been able to make a better finish in the 44th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Elói Barreto ran back to his position shaking his head. When Troy Kennedy fell near the penalty area in the 46th minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Curacao's protests and gave Troy Kennedy a yellow card for diving instead. After 46 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Troy Kennedy. 47 minutes in the game, Frank Tasso fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Bruno Barrett having to interfere. No-one was surprised that the home team were leading 4-0 at half-time.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Kyle Davies stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. Frank Tasso took the ball and in the 51 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Bruno Barrett. Bruno Barrett dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-0. Rodolfo Trancoso struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Bruno Barrett didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Ligeiro F.C. Frank Tasso might have been able to make a better finish in the 57th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Bruno Barrett. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Frank Tasso ran back to his position shaking his head. During the 60th minute of the match Troy Kennedy completely mistimed his tackle and brought down his opponent. The referee gave Troy Kennedy a yellow card, his second in the match, which meant he could no longer take part in the game. After 61 played minutes Curacao got a freekick which was hit by Troy Kennedy. Bruno Barrett didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Frank Tasso went, in the 65th minute, to the upper right corner, 6-0 was the resulting score. Bruno Barrett showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Adelino Ramalho in the 70th minute of the match. In the 73rd minute, Adelino Ramalho made a precise shot to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 7-0. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Stanley Wallace during the 76th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. Stanley Wallace kicked well hit freekick during the 76th minute of the match. Ligeiro F.C's Sandro Paulista was substituted for Adelino Ramalho. Ligeiro F.C made a substitution. Alessandro Costa replaced Elói Barreto. In the 77th minute, Stanley Wallace hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Bruno Barrett made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Sandro Paulista in the 78th minute of play. Hamílton Chaves made a fantastic save in the 80th minute, when Stanley Wallace sent off a good shot on target. 81 minutes into the match, Sandro Paulista had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. Curacao's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Sandro Paulista was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 8-0. 96 minutes into the match, Alessandro Costa had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Bruno Barrett. There were very few away supporters still in the ground by the end of the match. Most of them had left early, disgusted by the way their team had been torn apart. Ligeiro F.C fully deserved thier win.
