The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 9 minutes into the game, Wincent Milko recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores. Wincent Milko showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-0. 14 minutes into the match, Paraguay's goal looked a bit too open when Wincent Milko came free, but Jacobo Nores reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Jonathan Soon could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Jacobo Nores made a huge save. With a little luck, Paraguay's Jacobo Nores got control of the ball when Jonathan Soon tried to sneak it across the goal line. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Wincent Milko in the 20th minute of the match. Jaime Pardo struck a weak shot in the 22nd minute. Torsten Stålman didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Paraguay. 26 minutes into the game, Jonathan Soon recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Jacobo Nores. Jonathan Soon showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 2-0. After having played for 29 minutes, Jonathan Soon managed to get in a good position for a shot on goal. Watford FC's supporters crossed their fingers, but Jonathan Soon was, after a quick turn that froze the defenders, out of balance and shot the ball just to the right of the goal. 33 minutes into the game, Watford FC's Wincent Milko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 3-0. After a rather tough play, Watford FC's Sven-Ove Stenkvist got a free kick in the 38th minute. If Jonathan Soon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 42nd minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Jonathan Soon succeeded in the game's 45th minute to shoot an unreachable shot under the crossbar and scored - 4-0. Af the end of the first half the score was 4-0. The first half had gone as expected for the home team.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Jaime Pardo stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd minute, Jonathan Soon ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Jacobo Nores was frozen by the shot and now it was 5-0. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Wincent Milko in the 56th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Jacobo Nores prevented the ball from getting in the gole. If Jonathan Soon had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 57th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. After 65 minutes, Wincent Milko made it 6-0 with a short kick to the right side. Paraguay's Jacobo Nores tried to save the shot but he was too slow in reacting to the shot. A collision led to Watford FC getting a freekick after 72 minutes play. Roy Lönn hit a great ball. In the 74th match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Alan Campos to maneuver through the defense. When Wincent Milko came up free with the goalie in the 75th minute, the Watford FC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Wincent Milko couldn't finish the play. 79 minutes into the game, Watford FC's Wincent Milko nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Jacobo Nores made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 8-0. When the match had gone on for 85 minutes, Hector Covarrubias took a quick shot and it went in 8-1 without a chance for Torsten Stålman to make any attempt to save it. 88 minutes into the match, Wincent Milko notched a goal, 9-1, to the right of Paraguay's Jacobo Nores. Jacobo Nores was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it.
