The audience thought a goal was coming when Antonio Hrste got free with Demonde Jacobson in the 8th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Romon Oliver hit a great freekick 8 minutes into the match. Demonde Jacobson showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Danijel Petrlin, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. In the 14th minute of the game Javan Develder made a throw-in which Kordal Duff played forward. Jamaica's Demonde Jacobson proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 15th minute of the match, managed to save Jamaica from getting a goal against them. Danijel Petrlin could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 16th minute of the match, but Demonde Jacobson made a huge save. Danijel Petrlin succeeded to score despite a near miss that spronge from right pole into the goal to 2-0 in the 18th playminute. Karlus Waugh sent away a hard shot on goal in the 21st minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Demonde Jacobson dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 3-0. 41 minutes into the game, Maksimir's Danijel Petrlin nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Finlay Stair was the one to do the kick off. Demonde Jacobson showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Danijel Petrlin in the 55th minute of the match. In the 61st minute Antonio Hrste shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Demonde Jacobson saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 62 minutes into the game, Danijel Petrlin cracked a shot to the right of the goalkeeper, 8-0. Demonde Jacobson was not in position, and could only watch the ball fly in. In the 67th minute, Antonio Hrste made a precise shot to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Demonde Jacobson didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Adrijan Grbović went, in the 88th minute, to the upper right corner, 13-0 was the resulting score. 91 minutes into the match, Adrijan Grbović had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Demonde Jacobson. Jamaica's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Adrijan Grbović was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 14-0. After some careless play in the Jamaica defense, Adrijan Grbović kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Demonde Jacobson. The Jamaica fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Demonde Jacobson should have stopped the shot. Maksimir's supporters were delighted with their team's performance and swarmed onto the pitch at the end of the match to celebrate the victory with the players.
