Spectators: 40 (Terracing: 31, Seating: 9, VIP seats: 0) The field was rather wet after several days of rain when Jerzy Zaremba took the kick off in the first half of the match. Cyprian Mindykowski showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lautaro Puig in the 5th minute of the match. Juan Rubio made in the 8th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by FC Saxon's Tolek Gregorczyk. Cyprian Mindykowski took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Axel Tasis, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The throw-in from Hugo Ferrant in the 15th minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by FC Saxon's Tomasz Treppa. Cyprian Mindykowski stood for a superb save when he managed to get hold of Axel Tasis's shot from short distance in the 23rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Lautaro Puig in the 24th minute of play forced FC Saxon's goalkeeper Cyprian Mindykowski to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Noboa received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 27th minute. Cyprian Mindykowski tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. In the 30th minute, Jerzy Zaremba hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Eliseo Noboa sent away a hard shot on goal in the 36th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Alan Moruga charged in rather forcefully in the 38th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Alan Moruga the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. The supporters of FC Saxon booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 38 match minutes in a wonderful position. Alan Moruga didn't get a good kick on the ball. A throw-in in the 44th minute of the game was made by Hugo Ferrant with Lautaro Puig as target, who quickly passed the ball forward. FC Saxon's Cyprian Mindykowski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Axel Tasis in the 46th minute of play. Even after changing tactics the home team jogged off the field with a 0-2 deficit. They would have to work harder if they wanted to turn things around in the second half.

After a defensive mix-up in FC Saxon's zone, Lautaro Puig stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Cyprian Mindykowski came out of the goal and Lautaro Puig tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Eliseo Noboa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 53rd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Cyprian Mindykowski having to interfere. Axel Tasis's shot when he came free in front of the goal in the 57thth minute, Cyprian Mindykowski skillfully showed off with a save to what seemed to be an obvious goal. 59 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goalkeeper Cyprian Mindykowski had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Lautaro Puig. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jerzy Zaremba in the 64th minute of play forced Costa Rica's goalkeeper Benito Sanz to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Eliseo Noboa might have been able to make a better finish in the 66th minute when he tried to place a hard shot over Cyprian Mindykowski. Instead the ball went over the crossbar and out. Eliseo Noboa ran back to his position shaking his head. Axel Tasis sent away a hard shot on goal in the 67th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Lautaro Puig during the 68th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The supporters of FC Saxon booed when Costa Rica was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 68 match minutes in a wonderful position. Lautaro Puig didn't get a good kick on the ball. If Eliseo Noboa had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 71st minute. The ball went over the crossbar instead. 75 minutes into the game, Tolek Gregorczyk was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. FC Saxon's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Costa Rica the free kick. A collision led to FC Saxon getting a freekick after 75 minutes play. Tolek Gregorczyk hit a great ball. In the 76th minute, Lautaro Puig ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Cyprian Mindykowski was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-3. If Lautaro Puig had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 79th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. 80 minutes into the match, FC Saxon's goal looked a bit too open when Eliseo Noboa came free, but Cyprian Mindykowski reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. FC Saxon's attentive Jerzy Zaremba managed to snatch the ball when Hugo Ferrant made a throw-in in the 82nd minute of the game. Eliseo Noboa struck a weak shot in the 85th minute. Cyprian Mindykowski didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Costa Rica. The away crowd were delighted with the way their team had played and cheered loudly when the final whistle sounded. Costa Rica walked away with the win, even though the match was close until the end.
