Spectators: 45 (Terracing: 35, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The sun was shining, the grass was green and the audience cheered when Tomas Illescas got the match started through his kick off. Macario Pavolleta showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Tomas Illescas in the 6th minute of the match. Macario Pavolleta didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Tomas Illescas went, in the 7th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. 12 minutes into the match, Kwyjibo's goal looked a bit too open when Tomas Illescas came free, but Macario Pavolleta reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. 13 minutes into the game, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas nearly tore a hole in the net with a booming shot. Macario Pavolleta made a valiant effort, but he could not reach the ball in time, 0-3. After some careless play in the Kwyjibo defense, Tomas Illescas kicked a shot that curved into the net to the right of Macario Pavolleta. The Kwyjibo fans voiced their displeasure as they felt that Macario Pavolleta should have stopped the shot. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Tomas Illescas in the 20th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Macario Pavolleta saved Kwyjibo from getting behind. Macario Pavolleta took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Tomas Illescas, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 29 minutes into the game, Salvador Gisbert threw the ball into play from the sideline. Kwyjibo's Frantxizko Reboyras quickly snatched the ball and retained possesion. Kwyjibo's Macario Pavolleta played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Tomas Illescas in the 30th minute of play. When Ekialde Gerica fell near the penalty area in the 33rd minute he thought he would be awarded a free kick. The referee ignored Kwyjibo's protests and gave Ekialde Gerica a yellow card for diving instead. After 33 played minutes Kwyjibo got a freekick which was hit by Ekialde Gerica. Tomas Illescas scored 0-5 in the 37th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Macario Pavolleta, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Macario Pavolleta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 42nd minute of play. The throw-in from Salvador Gisbert in the 43rd minute of the game was unfortunally taken care of by Kwyjibo's Frantxizko Reboyras. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 0-5 lead.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Bertol Felpeto was the one to do the kick off. Camilo Gaos made in the 54th minute of the game a sloppy throw-in which Tomas Illescas however managed to control. Macario Pavolleta showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Patricio Costa, who was totally free with the ball in the 55th minute. Ekialde Gerica hit a great freekick 56 minutes into the match. 57 minutes into the game Tomas Illescas kicked a great long shot which passed Macario Pavolleta straight ahead into the goal, Result 0-6. One couldn't see Tomas Illescas behind all of his teammates who surrounded to congratulate him. Salvador Gisbert made in the 61st minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Kwyjibo's Frantxizko Reboyras. A collision led to Kwyjibo getting a freekick after 67 minutes play. Frantxizko Reboyras hit a great ball. Salvador Gisbert hit a great freekick 69 minutes into the match. Patricio Costa fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 71st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Macario Pavolleta having to interfere. Severino Mendana struck a weak shot in the 75th minute. Jonathan Ferrant didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Kwyjibo. Macario Pavolleta made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Tomas Illescas in the 78th minute of play. Macario Pavolleta made a fantastic save in the 82nd minute, when Tomas Illescas sent off a good shot on target. In the 84th minute Venezuela were awarded a corner. Tomas Illescas went to the cornerflag to take it. Frantxizko Reboyras's late challenge caught a Venezuela's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Frantxizko Reboyras helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Kwyjibo getting a freekick after 86 minutes play. Frantxizko Reboyras hit a great ball. 90 minutes into the match, Venezuela's Tomas Illescas sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Macario Pavolleta narrowly saved just below the crossbar. In the 95th minute, Kwyjibo's goalie took a deep sigh of relief after Patricio Costa fired away a hard shot that went just outside the left post. Venezuela's supporters were very happy and cheered loudly because their team had won after a very close match.
