Teobaldo Maore didn't have a chance when a screaming shot from Artur Fidalgo went, in the 11th minute, to the upper right corner, 0-2 was the resulting score. Teobaldo Maore showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gastão Cesário in the 16th minute of the match. 18 minutes into the match, Gastão Cesário had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Teobaldo Maore. Riesgo Cero's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Gastão Cesário was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-3. In the 22nd minute Gastão Cesário shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Teobaldo Maore saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 25th match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Paolo Fidele to maneuver through the defense. 25 minutes into the match, Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s Johannes Söderqvist broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. In the 29th match minute, Riesgo Cero was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Teo Bernad to maneuver through the defense. Riesgo Cero's Teobaldo Maore played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Gastão Cesário in the 31st minute of play. Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s defense didn't have a chance, in the 32nd minute, when Rosendo Irrintzi scored to the left of an out of position Heitor Teixeira, making the score, 1-4. Gastão Cesário recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 36th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Nuno Mourinho kicked well hit freekick during the 38th minute of the match. An unexpectedly hard shot by Gregório Pereira in the 40th minute of play forced Riesgo Cero's goalkeeper Teobaldo Maore to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. The audience thought a goal was coming when Marcos Charro got free with Heitor Teixeira in the 44th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. Heitor Teixeira showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Dante Roderigo in the 46th minute of the match.

The hometeam waved at the audience when it was time for Artur Fidalgo to strike the kick off in the second half. Gualterio Pinto kicked well hit freekick during the 52nd minute of the match. After a defensive mix-up in Riesgo Cero's zone, Johannes Söderqvist stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Teobaldo Maore came out of the goal and Johannes Söderqvist tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Riesgo Cero getting a freekick after 56 minutes play. Teo Bernad hit a great ball. 61 minutes had been played when some careless play by Riesgo Cero's defense caused the ball to cross the line for a corner. Johannes Söderqvist was slow to take the kick. During this time Sporting Clube V.R.S.A.'s players had a chance to rest. In the 68th minute, Gastão Cesário made a precise shot to the right of Teobaldo Maore. Riesgo Cero's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 1-6. Heitor Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Marcos Charro, who was totally free with the ball in the 72nd minute. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Artur Fidalgo in the 79th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Teobaldo Maore saved Riesgo Cero from getting behind. 82 minutes into the match, Riesgo Cero's goal looked a bit too open when Jairo Anjos came free, but Teobaldo Maore reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Marcos Charro sent away a hard shot on goal in the 83rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Heitor Teixeira showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Prudencio Rolado, who was totally free with the ball in the 85th minute. In the 86th minute, Jairo Anjos ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Teobaldo Maore was frozen by the shot and now it was 1-7. A collision led to Riesgo Cero getting a freekick after 89 minutes play. Rosendo Irrintzi hit a great ball.
