After 2 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Alan Campos. 4 minutes into the match, Algot Ennegren had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Jacobo Nores. Paraguay's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Algot Ennegren was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 1-0. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Ennegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 9th minute. Chicão França struck a weak shot in the 10th minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Vi Är Gnaget...AIK. 12 minutes into the match, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's Isaac Stenberg sent off a blazing shot straight on target, a shot that Jacobo Nores narrowly saved just below the crossbar. Paraguay's Jaime Pardo quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Isaac Stenberg, made in the 15th minute of the game. The crowd rose to their feet as Algot Ennegren kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Jacobo Nores. That made the score 2-0 in the 18 minute of play. In the 26th minute, Isaac Stenberg left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Vi Är Gnaget...AIK fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-0. Isaac Stenberg received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 28th minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Algot Ennegren who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 32ndth minute tested the skills of Jacobo Nores when he managed to save the team from getting behind. Jacobo Nores made an important save on a dangerous shot by Algot Ennegren in the 33rd minute. An unexpectedly hard shot by Algot Ennegren in the 35th minute of play forced Paraguay's goalkeeper Jacobo Nores to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Jacobo Nores came out of the goal in the 37th minute to try and stop a shot by Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's Algot Ennegren. But to his dismay, Algot Ennegren quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-0. 44 minutes into the match Algot Ennegren climbed in front of goal and pressed up 5-0 in the right cross behind a totally surprised Jacobo Nores. 48 minutes in the game, Dennis Martinsson fired away an excellent shot, which passed to the side of the right post without Jacobo Nores having to interfere.
When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Jaime Pardo made a kick off. After 53 played minutes Paraguay got a freekick which was hit by Hector Covarrubias. The audience was convinced that Algot Ennegren's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Jacobo Nores was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Algot Ennegren recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 55th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Alan Campos during the 61st minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. A collision led to Paraguay getting a freekick after 62 minutes play. Alan Campos hit a great ball. 62 minutes into the match, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's Gustaf Ekblom broke free and took a long shot that unfortunately flew wide. A fine initiative that could have resulted in a goal. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Algot Ennegren during the 69th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. In the 72nd match minute, Paraguay was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Hector Covarrubias to maneuver through the defense. Chicão França received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 73rd minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. If Hector Covarrubias had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 74th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. The supporters of Vi Är Gnaget...AIK booed when Paraguay was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 75 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hector Covarrubias didn't get a good kick on the ball. Chicão França made in the 78th minute of the game a throw-in that took a bad bounce and was taken care of by Paraguay's Raul Venegas. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Algot Ennegren, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 85th minute, Chicão França got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 88 minutes of play, Vi Är Gnaget...AIK's Isaac Stenberg made it 6-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Jacobo Nores was left in no man's land by his defense there! Paraguay's Xavier Zoido quite brazenly broke a throw-in by Vanko Leviev, made in the 92nd minute of the game. Jacobo Nores showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Algot Ennegren, who was totally free with the ball in the 94th minute. The referee blew his whistle, and the match came to a close. The players exchanged shirts and headed down the tunnel. The Vi Är Gnaget...AIK fans cheered their team off the field, for while Paraguay had put up a good fight, they were unable to come out of the game with any points to show for their effort.
