Ponte do Carro's Armindo Maltez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Willetts in the 9th minute of play. Clapham Comets F.C.'s Ariel Leguizamón played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Simão Boaventura in the 14th minute of play. In the 15th minute Gregório Jesus shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Ariel Leguizamón saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 15th minute, Loukianos Livas left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Ponte do Carro fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 2-1. Dawid Czaplicki was astounded when the referee showed him the red card after a seemingly innocent challenge, 19 minutes into the match. Dawid Czaplicki hit a great freekick 20 minutes into the match. In the 21st minute of the match Luís Falcão shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Ariel Leguizamón showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. Ariel Leguizamón showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Gregório Jesus in the 22nd minute of the match. Ariel Leguizamón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Boaventura, who was totally free with the ball in the 24th minute. Bünyamin Başel's late challenge caught a Ponte do Carro's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Bünyamin Başel helped the player get up and apologised. In the 29th match minute, Clapham Comets F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bünyamin Başel to maneuver through the defense. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Loukianos Livas in the 30th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Ariel Leguizamón prevented the ball from getting in the gole. The corner led Clapham Comets F.C.'s Kristian Markham to a score. 3-1 in the 33rd minute. Ponte do Carro were furious when Graciano Caneira was red carded, 38 minutes into the game, but the referee dismissed their protests. The referee blew the whistle for a penalty in the 38th minute of the game. One of Ponte do Carro:s players had nearly got his shirt torn off by an opponent while getting free in front of Clapham Comets F.C.:s goal. 40 minutes into the match, Ulysses Madureira notched a goal, 4-1, to the right of Ponte do Carro's Armindo Maltez. Armindo Maltez was clearly disgusted with the effort of the defense and let the defenders know about it. Ponte do Carro's Armindo Maltez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jonathan Willetts in the 45th minute of play. In the 46th minute Clapham Comets F.C. were awarded a corner. Ulysses Madureira went to the cornerflag to take it. The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-1 at half-time.

The players of the home team were most fresh-looking when they entered the field to play the second half. Ulysses Madureira was the one to do the kick off. Jonathan Willetts recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 51st minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulysses Madureira in the 54th minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Armindo Maltez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Armindo Maltez came out of the goal in the 54th minute to try and stop a shot by Clapham Comets F.C.'s Ulysses Madureira. But to his dismay, Ulysses Madureira quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 5-1. In the 56th minute, Adélio Brites hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Mitchell Godwin in the 58th minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Armindo Maltez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Ponte do Carro's Armindo Maltez played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Mitchell Godwin in the 64th minute of play. Ariel Leguizamón showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Simão Boaventura, who was totally free with the ball in the 67th minute. 67 minutes in the game, the ball went up into the seats when Ponte do Carro's Simão Boaventura fired away a shot that was just a little bit too high. He walked away shaking his head. Armindo Maltez showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Marcin Cebula in the 70th minute of the match. Armindo Maltez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. After a rather tough play, Ponte do Carro's Manuel Carvalhal got a free kick in the 76th minute. A collision led to Ponte do Carro getting a freekick after 77 minutes play. Manuel Carvalhal hit a great ball. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ulysses Madureira in the 79th minute of play forced Ponte do Carro's goalkeeper Armindo Maltez to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 82 minutes into the match, Ponte do Carro's goal looked a bit too open when Ulysses Madureira came free, but Armindo Maltez reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. Armindo Maltez took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ulysses Madureira, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. In the 87th minute, Ulysses Madureira left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Clapham Comets F.C. fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 7-1. In the 92nd match minute, Clapham Comets F.C. was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Bünyamin Başel to maneuver through the defense. The audience was convinced that Kemalettin Torhan's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Armindo Maltez was relentless in the 96th minute of the game.

When the referee ended the match the Clapham Comets F.C. players were able to celebrate. They had won a fair victory and recieved the ovations of their fans.
