With an all-out effort, Nevşehirspor's Acácio Gaspar threw himself towards the right post 33 minutes into the match and grabbed hold of the ball from Ragnar Åberg, which otherwise would have been placed in the net. Baltasar Frasquito in the 35thth minute had a little luck and got a chance for a shot in front of the goal. Without hesitation aimed to the right of Acácio Gaspar, who managed to lunge to the right direction and made a save. Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's Acácio Gaspar played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ragnar Åberg in the 37th minute of play. After 42 minutes of play, Nevşehirspor's Ragnar Åberg made it 4-0 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Acácio Gaspar was left in no man's land by his defense there! The home fans were very happy to see their team leading 4-0 at half-time.

Both teams looked relatively alert before the second half when the referee blew his whistle to tell Baltasar Frasquito to make the kick off. Acácio Gaspar came out of the goal in the 71st minute to try and stop a shot by Nevşehirspor's Rıdvan Kurushov. But to his dismay, Rıdvan Kurushov quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 6-0. Acácio Gaspar took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Rıdvan Kurushov, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. An unexpectedly hard shot by Ceyhan Ilıcak in the 78th minute of play forced Nevşehirspor's goalkeeper Gianluca Buffon to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. 79 minutes into the match, Ⲙσсσсɑ Βᴜꓲꓲร's goal looked a bit too open when Eustacio Firmo came free, but Acácio Gaspar reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line.
