Spectators: 50 (Terracing: 38, Seating: 11, VIP seats: 1) Vila's Rauno Koba started the match with a crisp pass. The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. The supporters of Vila booed when Mexico was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 7 match minutes in a wonderful position. Joel Gaona didn't get a good kick on the ball. Siim Kütt fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 12th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Dante Lacasa having to interfere. Siim Kütt kicked well hit freekick during the 13th minute of the match. Dante Lacasa made an important save on a dangerous shot by Rauno Koba in the 16th minute. After a rather tough play, Mexico's Luca Rouco got a free kick in the 26th minute. Lautaro Mancebo scored 1-1 in the 28th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Koit Vaikma, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Koit Vaikma took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Joel Gaona, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Mexico's Dante Lacasa proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 37th minute of the match, managed to save Mexico from getting a goal against them. After 42 minutes of play, Mexico's Joel Gaona made it 1-2 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Koit Vaikma was left in no man's land by his defense there! Dante Lacasa showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Rauno Koba, who was totally free with the ball in the 46th minute.

Joel Gaona who was well placed in front of the goal fired away a dangerous shot that in the 53rdth minute tested the skills of Koit Vaikma when he managed to save the team from getting behind. The audience was convinced that Alberto Tafalla's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Koit Vaikma was relentless in the 54th minute of the game. Joel Gaona struck a weak shot in the 56th minute. Koit Vaikma didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Mexico. Mexico's Dante Lacasa played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Georg Oher in the 59th minute of play. When the match had gone on for 60 minutes, Kristjan Jaani put it in 2-2 from a short distance just to the right of Dante Lacasa. Koit Vaikma showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Joel Gaona in the 64th minute of the match. In the 65th minute, Luca Zorita hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. After 68 played minutes Mexico got a freekick which was hit by Lorenzo Cazalla. In the 69th minute of the match Georg Oher shot from a long distance. The ball could have gone into the goal to the right of the goalkeeper, but Dante Lacasa showed his good shape when he easily got hold of the ball. A collision led to Vila getting a freekick after 70 minutes play. Siim Kütt hit a great ball. In the 76thth minute of the game Joel Gaona who was perfectly placed tried to make a shot on goal, but Vila's Koit Vaikma was lucky and managed to grab hold of the ball. Vila's Koit Vaikma played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Alberto Tafalla in the 87th minute of play. Koit Vaikma made an important save on a dangerous shot by Lautaro Mancebo in the 93rd minute. When the referee blew the final whistle, you could see the dissatisfaction in the Mexico players' eyes. They were disappointed they hadn't taken more from the game.
