Spectators: 42 (Terracing: 32, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) The crowd rose to their feet as Sitges's Mauricio Salazar slotted home a wonderful shot that went in to the left of Jacobo Nores. That made the score 1-0 after 2 minutes of play. If Lorenz De Paula had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 7th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Hector Covarrubias scored 1-1 in the 14th match minute with a shot that went into the goal to the right of Rubén Urruti, who was just a little too slow in reacting to the shot. Mauricio Salazar kicked well hit freekick during the 17th minute of the match. Jacobo Nores showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Lorenz De Paula in the 19th minute of the match. Sitges's Baldemar Folch got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. An unexpectedly hard shot by Jaime Pardo in the 34th minute of play forced Sitges's goalkeeper Rubén Urruti to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. Rubén Urruti made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Jaime Pardo in the 36th minute of play. In the 38th minute, Primitivo Escribano got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. After 44 minutes, Hector Covarrubias mouthed his way into the referee's book. The tension between the Paraguay and the Sitges players grew even worse after the yellow card. All the noise was coming from the home fans when the whistle went for half-time. The home team had fought hardest to put themselves in a deserved lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Charidimos Papandreou made a kick off. Jacobo Nores took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Lorenz De Paula, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. Lorenz De Paula struck a weak shot in the 52nd minute. Jacobo Nores didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for Sitges. In the 53rd minute, Mauricio Salazar left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Sitges fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 3-1. Mauricio Salazar fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 56th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Jacobo Nores having to interfere. In the 58th minute, Kevin Johnson hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. Charidimos Papandreou received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 71st minute. Jacobo Nores tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. Charidimos Papandreou sent away a hard shot on goal in the 75th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After 78th play minutes Jaime Pardo shot 4-2, a short shot which went by Rubén Urruti and just under the crossbar into goal. Jaime Pardo sent away a hard shot on goal in the 85th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Primitivo Escribano kicked well hit freekick during the 87th minute of the match. Paraguay's Alan Campos managed, thanks to a brazen rush, stole the ball on a throw-in made by Mauricio Salazar in the 89 minute of the game. Hector Covarrubias fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 91st minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Rubén Urruti having to interfere. The crowd rose to their feet and cheered when the referee blew the final whistle. Sitges had won after a very even match.
