Spectators: 44 (Terracing: 34, Seating: 10, VIP seats: 0) Dark clouds were building up when the players entered the field. None of the them looked very eager to play. Adrianinho Meirelles started the match with the kick off. After some fancy dribbling in the 4th minute, Adrianinho Meirelles managed to get in a good position for a shot. WOLVES FC's supporters rose to their feet, but Adrianinho Meirelles was a bit off balance and shot the ball just wide of the left post. Julio Vera breathed a sigh of relief and went to take the goal kick. 10 minutes into the match, Agustín Saelices had an open shot that he just couldn't miss and scored to the right of Rafa Lojewski. WOLVES FC's manager could be seen yelling to the referee that Agustín Saelices was offside, but the referee ignored the protest. 0-1. WOLVES FC's Rafa Lojewski played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cristian Sancho in the 17th minute of play. Ecuador's goalkeeper couldn't reach when Adrianinho Meirelles 19 minutes into the game got a good kick on the ball which found its way into goal just inside left pole. 1-2. The audience thought a goal was coming when Adrianinho Meirelles got free with Julio Vera in the 24th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. In the 32nd minute Adrianinho Meirelles shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. 34 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goalkeeper Julio Vera had to clear away a ball on his right side after a cunning shot by Adrianinho Meirelles. The crowd rose to their feet as Adrianinho Meirelles kicked a wonderful shot that went in to the left of a diving Julio Vera. That made the score 2-2 in the 37 minute of play. After 47 played minutes WOLVES FC got a freekick which was hit by 温海乐. After fighting hard for a draw in the first half, the players were able to take a much needed rest.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Daniel Zorita made a kick off. In the 51st minute, Daniel Zorita got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. The supporters of Ecuador booed when WOLVES FC was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 57 match minutes in a wonderful position. Silas Vale didn't get a good kick on the ball. WOLVES FC's Ricki Dresager was substituted for Adrianinho Meirelles. After 58 played minutes WOLVES FC got a freekick which was hit by Silas Vale. After 59 played minutes WOLVES FC got a freekick which was hit by Niculae Rușanu. Ecuador's Daniel Zorita shoveled away a really nice long shot in the 60th minute of play. The shot was stopped by Rafa Lojewski but with some difficulty. In the 62nd minute Ricki Dresager shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Julio Vera saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. With a couple of smart ball manuevers Ricki Dresager in the 64th managed to get into a good position. With a left leg Julio Vera saved Ecuador from getting behind. WOLVES FC's Rafa Lojewski proved his good apprehension of play when he, in the 66th minute of the match, managed to save WOLVES FC from getting a goal against them. Julio Vera took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Ricki Dresager, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. 69 minutes in the game, Ricki Dresager dribbled his way through the penalty area and after maneuvering past an opponent, drilled a quick shot at the goal. The ball looked like it was going in, but it was hit a bit too hard and flew over the goal. 73 minutes into the match, Ecuador's goal looked a bit too open when Ricki Dresager came free, but Julio Vera reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. After a rather tough play, Ecuador's Camilo Gisbert got a free kick in the 74th minute. The referee gave WOLVES FC a penalty, 77 minutes into the game. The penalty shot was made by Ricki Dresager, who made a well placed shot into the net to the right of Ecuador's Julio Vera. 3-2. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 85th minute of the match. After 87 minutes Ecuador's defender was forced to head the ball over the line for a corner. It was 温海乐 who took care of the corner kick. After taking down the ball on WOLVES FC's corner 温海乐 fired away a hard shot, but the defenders efficiently covered the most dangerous angles and Julio Vera quite easily take care of the ball. In the 88th match minute, Ecuador was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Felix Montes to maneuver through the defense. Julio Vera showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Ricki Dresager, who was totally free with the ball in the 98th minute. Camilo Gisbert kicked well hit freekick during the 98th minute of the match. Ecuador's Julio Vera played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Ricki Dresager in the 99th minute of play.
