In the 8th minute, Perry Malacad left the goalkeeper for dead before tapping the ball into the right side of the net. The Redbourn fans were clearly happy with the effort and the scoreboard reflected the new score: 0-2. Ben Liboon's late challenge caught a Nugola AFC's player on the shin and left him crawling around in pain. The referee blew his whistle and produced the yellow card. Ben Liboon helped the player get up and apologised. A collision led to Redbourn getting a freekick after 10 minutes play. Ben Liboon hit a great ball. Christopher Pelayon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 15th minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. 19 minutes into the game, Harrison Saliba was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Redbourn's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Nugola AFC the free kick. In the 19th match minute, Redbourn was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Harrison Saliba to maneuver through the defense. Frederico Balondo made a wonderful reflex save on a shot from Alvaro Borgatello in the 20th minute of play. Alvaro Borgatello fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 22nd minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Frederico Balondo having to interfere. When Redbourn's Christopher Pelayon in the 25th minute got a chance for a shot 25th didn't hesitate and placed the ball to the right of the goalie. A beautiful save bye Nugola AFC's goalie prevented a goal. 27 minutes into the game, Alvaro Borgatello recieved a splendid long ball, split the defenders, and gently placed the ball to the left of Frederico Balondo. Alvaro Borgatello showed that you don't have to tear a hole in the net to score, 1-2. Adriano Borrelli showed brilliant goalkeeper skills when he caught the ball after a hard shot from Christopher Pelayon in the 31st minute of the match. Fernando Callangan kicked well hit freekick during the 32nd minute of the match. Christopher Pelayon's shot was meant for the net just under the crossbar, but Adriano Borrelli read the situation well and was quickly in position to make a wonderful save in the 40th minute of play. Christopher Pelayon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 43rd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. Ben Liboon received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 46th minute. Adriano Borrelli tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. After the first half Redbourn were leading 1-2. They had played with great self confidence throughout the first half and fully deserved their lead.

When the second half was about to start, both teams quickly lined up and Alvaro Borgatello made a kick off. Redbourn's Christopher Pelayon got a good chance for a goal in the 53rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. A collision led to Redbourn getting a freekick after 57 minutes play. Ben Liboon hit a great ball. Eugenio Di Carlo charged in rather forcefully in the 64th minute of the match, and managed to knock his opponent down. The referee showed Eugenio Di Carlo the yellow card, and asked the players to shake hands before continuing play. After 64 played minutes Nugola AFC got a freekick which was hit by Eugenio Di Carlo. In the 75th minute, Redbourn's Perry Malacad dribbled the ball into the box and hit a shot with the outside of his foot, sending the keeper the wrong way. 1-3. Perry Malacad was really disappointed when he shot the ball just outside the right post instead of scoring a goal in the 79th minute. Redbourn's manager could be seen on the sidelines shaking his head and muttering to himself as his team had just wasted another chance. Eugenio Di Carlo received a nice pass in the box and took a hard shot in the 80th minute. Frederico Balondo tensed up and prepared to dive, but the shot went over the goal with him having to interfere. When Alvaro Borgatello came up free with the goalie in the 84th minute, the Nugola AFC fans jumped to their feet. But the shot missed the goal by a fraction of an inch, and the fans sat back down disappointed that Alvaro Borgatello couldn't finish the play. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Perry Malacad in the 87th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Adriano Borrelli prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Christopher Pelayon sent away a hard shot on goal in the 88th minute, but the ball hit the crossbar and went out. A very good chance for a goal. After a defensive mix-up in Nugola AFC's zone, Christopher Pelayon stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Adriano Borrelli came out of the goal and Christopher Pelayon tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. After a rather tough play, Redbourn's Anton Quimque got a free kick in the 93rd minute. Nugola AFC's Alvaro Borgatello got a good chance for a goal in the 96th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. When the final whistle sounded Redbourn left the ground with the victory after a much better performance than Nugola AFC.
