The crowd had been anticipating this game for weeks and the excitement in the stadium was easily visible. Templarios juniors's Nereo Ayala played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Cavidan Färhadov in the 6th minute of play. Äşräf Qährämanov fired away a screaming shot towards the goal in the 8th minute, but the shot went just over the crossbar without Nereo Ayala having to interfere. After 21 minutes of play, Templarios juniors's Santiago Gaspard made it 1-1 when he simply outclassed the defender marking him and hit a curling shot into the right side of the net. Mämmädbağır Utandiyev was left in no man's land by his defense there! The audience was convinced that Cavidan Färhadov's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Nereo Ayala was relentless in the 25th minute of the game. After a rather tough play, Templarios juniors's Severiano Petrigai got a free kick in the 26th minute. In the 27th minute Äşräf Qährämanov shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Nereo Ayala saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. The supporters of Chinar Cebrayil FK booed when Templarios juniors was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 30 match minutes in a wonderful position. Luisito Belarmo didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 31st minute, Cavidan Färhadov got an opportunity to score, but he didn't get a solid hit on the ball and ended up kicking it wide of the goal. Chinar Cebrayil FK's Cavidan Färhadov got a good chance for a goal in the 32nd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Santiago Gaspard could have scored with his fast shot on goal in the 33rd minute of the match, but Mämmädbağır Utandiyev made a huge save. In the 44th minute, Äşräf Qährämanov had to be helped off the field due to a pulled leg muscle. 45 minutes into the game, Luisito Belarmo was given a yellow card after he appeared to trip an opposing player. Templarios juniors's manager was livid on the sidelines, but the referee was unmoved and gave Chinar Cebrayil FK the free kick. In the 44th minute, one of Templarios juniors:s players had the ball in front of the goal but got pushed and fell. The referee felt it was an obvious case and blew a penalty for Templarios juniors. In the 47th minute there was a penalty for Chinar Cebrayil FK. Söhrab Bädälov stepped forward and shot the ball to the right of a diving Nereo Ayala. 1-2. Luck had favoured the away team in the first, and they walked off with a 1-2 lead.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Romulo Cedro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. In the 52nd match minute, Chinar Cebrayil FK was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Räfayil Namazov to maneuver through the defense. In the 55th minute, Romulo Cedro hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. In the 59th minute, Romulo Cedro ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Mämmädbağır Utandiyev was frozen by the shot and now it was 2-2. Chinar Cebrayil FK's Cavidan Färhadov got a good chance for a goal in the 69th minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. Mämmädbağır Utandiyev came out of the goal in the 75th minute to try and stop a shot by Templarios juniors's Santiago Gaspard. But to his dismay, Santiago Gaspard quickly shot the ball in between his legs and into the goal making it 4-2. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Santiago Gaspard in the 81st minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Mämmädbağır Utandiyev prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Gaudencio Cebrian took the ball and in the 83 minute, shot a rapid shot to the right of a surprised Mämmädbağır Utandiyev. Mämmädbağır Utandiyev dived to the right, and did manage to get a hand on the shot, but it still went into the right corner making it 5-2. Templarios juniors made a substitution. Laureano Fernandez replaced Placido Cordarryl. Gaudencio Cebrian sent away a hard shot on goal in the 92nd minute, but the ball went just over the crossbar and out. A very good chance. If Santiago Gaspard had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 94th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. In the 96th minute, Gaudencio Cebrian made a precise shot to the right of Mämmädbağır Utandiyev. Chinar Cebrayil FK's defense was at fault, and the scoreboard reflected the new score, 6-2. For all the effort they put into the match, the Chinar Cebrayil FK players left disappointed. They had fought hard, but couldn't break down the home team's defense. The match ended in a win for Templarios juniors.
