In the 5th minute, Eliseo Luar ran past the defenders and hit a shot which went straight ahead into goal. Almandoz Benegas was frozen by the shot and now it was 0-1. Didi Fútbol Club's Almandoz Benegas played magnificently when he managed to stop the ball from hitting the goal, after a sharp shot by Jeronimo Chepe in the 7th minute of play. Jeronimo Chepe struck a weak shot in the 9th minute. Almandoz Benegas didn't even have to move as the ball rolled over the line well wide of the goal. A wasted opportunity for La Pachorra LSF. After a defensive mix-up in Didi Fútbol Club's zone, Julian Gau stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Almandoz Benegas came out of the goal and Julian Gau tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. A collision led to Didi Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 19 minutes play. Ariel Chamorro hit a great ball. In the 20th minute Eliseo Luar shot on, it seemed, an open goal, but Almandoz Benegas saw the ball coming and threw himself on it before it passed the goal line. In the 22nd minute of the match La Pachorra LSF got a corner. Didi Fútbol Club's goalie ran out to the linesman to protest the call, but the linesman resolutely pointed his flag at the cornerflag. Wilfredo Silviano ran over to the corner to take the kick. Didi Fútbol Club's Viator Heras got a good chance for a goal in the 23rd minute, but he totally mistimed the shot and it went over the crossbar. The referee felt a red card was in order, 26 minutes into the game, when Jacobo Gorri put in a rough tackle. In the 27th minute, Jacobo Gorri hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. If Aldo Lauro had kept his shot down it would have been a goal in the 34th minute. The ball went over the crossbar and out instead. Marciano Quintyn was a little too slow when Eugenio Arza got a fine hit on the ball which went right into the goal in the 38th minute. The score was now 1-1. The audience thought a goal was coming when Cristobal Arizabalo got free with Marciano Quintyn in the 45th minute, but the goalkeeper managed to catch the ball with a huge effort. The score stood at 1-1 when the half time whistle went. Both sets of players seemed reasonably pleased with how the match was going.

The players of the away team seemed most concentrated when Aldo Lauro stepped up to make the kick off in the second half. The supporters of Didi Fútbol Club booed when La Pachorra LSF was adjudged a doubtful freekick after 54 match minutes in a wonderful position. Hipolito Aznaro didn't get a good kick on the ball. In the 55th minute of the match, William Andrade sent away a good long shot that could have become a goal, but Marciano Quintyn showed an example of his skillful tending and made the save just under the crossbar. 58 minutes into the match, Didi Fútbol Club's goal looked a bit too open when Conrado Birjaio came free, but Almandoz Benegas reached the ball before it rolled over the goal line. A collision led to Didi Fútbol Club getting a freekick after 59 minutes play. Ariel Chamorro hit a great ball. Marciano Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Tercero Adames, who was totally free with the ball in the 62nd minute. The audience was convinced that Eugenio Arza's extremely hard shot when he got free in front of the goal was going in, but Marciano Quintyn was relentless in the 64th minute of the game. In the 66th minute, Christian Clementi hit a crossing free kick to the open man running down the field. An unexpectedly hard shot by Eugenio Arza in the 67th minute of play forced La Pachorra LSF's goalkeeper Marciano Quintyn to throw himself to the left, to be able to save the ball. After a defensive mix-up in La Pachorra LSF's zone, Cristobal Arizabalo stole the ball and had only the goalie to beat. Marciano Quintyn came out of the goal and Cristobal Arizabalo tried to chip the ball over his head. To his dismay, the ball went over the crossbar and out of play. Marciano Quintyn took care of the ball after a well-directed shot from Viator Heras, even though the ball almost passed him on his left side. The referee was alert and spotted a serious foul by Zigor Campo during the 80th minute. The player immediately received a yellow card. The goalkeeper, Almandoz Benegas, was totally fooled by La Pachorra LSF's Conrado Birjaio, who 82 minutes into the game made a penalty shot that went in on the goalkeeper's left side. Thanks to some nice foot action and superb ball handling Aldo Lauro in the 86th minute a chance for a shot on goal. With an extended leg and a bit of luck Almandoz Benegas prevented the ball from getting in the gole. Eugenio Arza recieved an excellent pass in front of the goal in the 89th minute. Unfortunately, he received the ball on his off foot and could only manage a weak shot that went over the goal. Marciano Quintyn showed his good apprehension of the play when he made a fantastic save on a shot from Eugenio Arza, who was totally free with the ball in the 92nd minute. Eliseo Luar kicked well hit freekick during the 95th minute of the match. In the 98th match minute, Didi Fútbol Club was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Zigor Campo to maneuver through the defense. In the 99th match minute, La Pachorra LSF was awarded a freekick, the ball was picked up by Conrado Birjaio to maneuver through the defense.
